Old apartment and catfish room tour (the model room looks nice).
Many issues occur in the unit. The maintenance stuff are nice and fast, but I wasn't supposed to pay $780 a month to worry a lot, require maintenance that often.
The heater system must be something wrong with it, basically no hot water to shower (just warm water) at night. So if you want to take a nice shower and then go to bed, have a tight sleep, that is impossible.
Another thing to notice it is not central air conditioning system, each room has the old school AC individually. The AC must be put in the same mode to turn on, put

I lived at the Continuum from September 2018 - June 2021, in a 1BR and then a 2 BR unit. On the whole, I had a good experience living there. It is UF student /staff housing, so in honesty the furniture is pretty standard fare and nothing especially fancy, but you can't beat the price and location--It's a really quick walk to campus, downtown GNV, Depot Park and lots of great food trucks. I think the only detractor was the noise; originally I was in Bldg 4 and faced a busy street so on weekends it sometimes got loud. The walls are a bit thin so even after I moved to another unit I could still sometimes

I have been here for 2 days. As an international student the transition has been smooth. When I had a maintenance problem I submitted a request on the Resident Portal and they solve it promptly. So far so good

Apartments come with tons of problems. Repairs take forever. On occasion repair staff won't know what to do. You will be saddled with the extra cost of utilities caused by mechanical failures. I have had a railing broken in my apartment since moving in months ago, have reported it three times, have been sent reports saying it's fixed...nothing. Our cable was out for months after a single power outage.
This place is a pretty sweet deal financially if you want to live close to the campus, and when they're working, amenities/furnishings are great...but that "when their working" is a big issue that

I have been staying here for 3 yrs now. Overall amenities, ease of paying rent and the convenient location is a plus for postdocs like me who works in campus on a flexible schedule. However, the one thing that really infuriated me is the way the management handles issues raised by resident, either on property-related matter or disputes among residents. Eg. When your upstairs neighbour makes lots of noise when it is past 11pm, or when a resident’s dog with a aggression issue is allowed to go to the supposedly pet friendly dog park, when packages go missing because of changes in the package delivery

Overall I have really enjoyed my time living here! All of my neighbors are so quiet! The leasing staff is great! They are so friendly! Especially Danielle, she is always checking to see how I am doing and is so kind! The parking garage is really convenient but it is also very dark and sometimes it is difficult to see. Other than that I have really enjoyed living here!

The units are in good condition, and the staff goes out of the way to make sure you are welcome, and have everything you need. The maintenance staff does a great job maintain public areas and making sure all appliances work efficiently as intended. In my experience of two years I find the place very quiet, and peaceful. Is it a tomb? No, Just like any urban areas in a metropolis it has a bearable level of noise (ambulances, police cars, traffic, neighbors moving around in their unit, etc). It is not a problem if you have always lived around people, and in a city. I find the neighbors' noise comforting

I lived here for a little over a year and have very much enjoyed my unit. It is sunny, spacious, and quiet. Because everybody here are mostly grad students or faculty there is a consensus of being quiet.
I love the programs and appreciate how often they are provided. People at the leasing office are cheerful and informative. The maintenance service is top notch.
Overall, a great place to live especially if you work from home, as many great students might in this climate.

The leasing team at The Continuum is great. Especially the new leasing coordinator Michelle! The leasing team is helpful , genuine, and it’s like they are smiling over the phone. I wish I could live here, but unfortunately I’m not affiliated with UF, but if I was this would definitely be the place for me.

My overall experience has been great! The staff is extremely friendly and will go out of their way to help you anyway they can :) My studio is fully furnished and everything looks nice! Maintenance responds to all of my requests and fixes my issues in a timely manner. That being said, I did take off a star for a few reasons. For one the parking garage is super dark even in daylight it is hard to see the lines. When I get home late at night from work even with headlights it’s too dark to see. My only other complaint is that there are no shaded areas in the pool area. There are no umbrellas at
