The customer service of circa properties is very professional. When I accidentally ordered my Amazon package to my Gainesville address over the winter break, property manager Justin was willing to work with me and pick up my package for me! The staff has always been very kind and responsive.

I’m so glad I came to Circa in search of housing because they truly value their tenants and helped me secure an ideal lease against all odds! I waited until last minute to find an apartment for fall, but Justin took the time to listen to my needs and quickly found multiple housing options within my criteria despite the time constraint and limited availability. Circa Proprieties has nice housing, great locations, and very caring people. I highly recommend!

I have been a Circa Properties resident for 3 years, going on 4 years. Their apartments are conveniently located within walking distance of all my classes, great restaurants, and grocery stores. The Looking Glass units themselves are extremely nice and well-kept. The leasing office staff have always gone the extra mile to help with any questions or concerns. The maintenance team also quickly resolves any issues within the unit. The staff are very kind, accommodating, and responsive. I would recommend this leasing agency to anyone looking for an apartment near UF.

I've lived in Looking Glass for two semesters and it's a really great complex— close to campus, well-lit, etc. The Circa staff have also been immensely helpful. They're quick to respond, they've taken care of repairs on the same day or next day, and they've taken the time to forward potential roommates to me since mine is graduating but I wanted to stay at the complex.

Compared to what I have heard about other complexes, the responsiveness and willingness to help from everyone on the Circa Properties team is incredible. Both the office and maintenence teams communicate extremely well and put the needs of their tenants at the top of their priority, making sure to fulfill them in an effective, timely manner. With the amazing location and staff, I’ve loved living here and would suggest it to anyone!

I’ve lived in Circa for years and I love it! The apartments are great—perfect size and price, and right across from campus and the stadium. They’ve been responsive to anything I’ve needed over the years, they’re honest and ethical, they allow pets (the whole area is great if you have dogs!), and the maintenance guys are fast, professional, and friendly. Every interaction I’ve had with someone from Circa has been positive and if you’re looking for a place in Gainesville, Circa is the way to go.
