Wish I could give negative stars. Absolutely horrible place, even worse management. Roaches, bedbugs, you name it, they have it. I was leased a flooding apt, put in multiple work orders and actually had people come "fix" it (a few even said theyd come to fix the same flooding problem for other tenants), and it was still flooding when I moved out. All they did was pull the carpets and replace them. Their ending solution was to put a tarp outside with some rocks on it to stop the water getting in??? Makes no sense. And didn't work. I asked for a studio, they didnt have any, they gave me a 1 bed,

Do you want to move in with roaches? Do you wanna be in an area where people on the streets are around the complex everyday causing trouble? Or when management leaves you in the dust about if you are getting your deposit back or not? If you have a pregnant girlfriend/wife do not dare bringing them here. Because if you leave any sort of furniture they will charge still nearly $200. They do NOT answer the phone during office hours. Their pool is FILTHY. They will steal your money. Do not move here. There’s police officers/firemen there almost every night if not every other night.

So I loved management & maintenance they were on top of their game always! Only issue was there’s hella homeless people that hang at the apartments outside and also sleep outside. Had my car broken in to. Supposedly camareras were not working. They also have a roach infestation problem and the exterminators literally don’t do their job they just walk in and sometimes do nothing. We had a move problem when we lived there as well.

They have a roach problem bad! I’ve called multiple times to let them know and nothing still has been done! Before I moved all my stuff in I seen they had roachs painted on the wall like they didn’t clean before they painted. The apartments are nice just they don’t fix the problem fast enough. Very spacious
