My first month paying rent, my resident portal to pay online was blocked. The money was there in my account and my bank confirmed it was not an error on their (navyfed) part. I’ve asked for a call back 5 times in person so I can see if I can get to the bottom of the situation. Each time i am told I’ll get a call back which I’ve received none at this time. Seems like there’s no urgency to help me with any of my inconveniences bc it doesn’t effect them, while I’m struggling to manage to pay rent while I go out for 3 months for work travel. I leave out to sea next week which means I can’t

Please take off the “new renovation” pictures on the website if you’re not offering them! Kelli (property manager) and najla are both unhelpful and short when I ask any question. And there are fees for everything you can think of nothing is included with the rent. Not what I was hoping for but have to stick out my lease here

These apartments are crooks, DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. I've lived here for 2 years and there were consistent lies and over charges over nothing, I spent 200 DOLLARS to clean the apartment on move out, and they went back on their word stating they just needed a receipt to NOW needing an itemized receipt. They're deceitful and can't run 2 complexes. Seriously DO NOT RENT HERE. They also raised my rent without proper notice TWICE first by 300$ and then wanted to raise it again by 80, seriously. They gave me 5 days to find another home and because I didn't give them 20 days notice I had to pay another

This place isn’t worth the money. You could get better amenities and services through a private renter. Honestly, this has to be the worst place I’ve ever lived and I’ve lived in a coffin rack on a ship. There’s noisy disrespectful kids running around yelling all the time, the maintenance guys fix stuff temporarily and also parking is horrible. Don’t pay for parking here you won’t find a space in your own neighborhood and they know it. Just go across the street for free. Oh yeah, you have to pay $20 a month for a trash valet service that doesn’t pick bags up over 20lbs even if you

The staff at Allister Parx are AMAZING! Ive been a service provider at this property for quite some time. I get to witness the day to day behind the scenes operations. It’s very impressive how Kelli and her entire staff address and tend to their tenants needs. The sense of urgency to address any issue is awesome to watch. They truly care about the community and it show’s in their actions. Everyone is always so welcoming and smiling when you enter the office. It’s very refreshing to see the sense of pride. I lived here for 9 months (august 2020 to may 2021). I bought my first home and had to break my lease 3 months early because I got a home much quicker than I expected and couldn't afford to pay both rent and mortgage. They charged me 2 months rent to move out even though the rental market is tight and I could tell by the listing on their website that they had another tenant lined up weeks after I moved out so they actually profited off of me moving out early by getting double rent.

I moved in during winter. Then Covid hit. I am so excited to be able to use the Fitness Center now that it is open. Hoping that other amenities follow within the next year. We have such a great property that includes extra amenities that are offered on site, sucks I have lived here a year and half and only been able to use dog park.

If I can give this 0 stars I would. Its been a month now and the mail boxes look like this, they haven't found a way to fix this problem. You are better off getting your mail via online than getting it here because it will just get stolen. All they care is about making the apartments look better and nicer when there is stuff like this happening constantly and I don't even want to start with the parking...if you have more than two cars it will take them months to give you one while you go out and "try" to find one for your self, good luck with that. Once my lease is up, I'm out.

I've been living here since May and I'm super happy so far :) no place is perfect, but I have no complaints. Coming from my last residence, it's been amazing living here. It's extremely quiet, which has been nice, and my neighbor are pretty nice. Compared to my friends who live in other apartments in this area and have heard horror stories I feel blessed to live here. The office staff is pretty nice as well, and always have helped me when I needed help, or had questions.

This apartment complex has been a complete nightmare to live in for my time here. From day one, we were told about the luxuries of an indoor pool and a workout room that you could use at home. To only be disappointed when the indoor lap pool has been closed the entire year we have been living here so we have never been able to use it. we were shown a much nicer unit than the one we eventually moved into. Which had a scratched and irreparable marks on the oven top and multiple notches taken out of the counter top. The apartment itself was redeemable after we moved our stuff in and made it our own

This is the worse place that i ever live in my entire my life . you charged for no reason. i just moving out. there were no serious damages at all . i didn't brake anything included wall, doors , restroom . kitchen .... etc .
the only thing that was damages is the blinds and little dirty in the white wall they charge me one thousand for cleaning the carpet and paint the entire apartament... ever never go to this pleace to live. this is the worse place to live.... i'm warning you.....!!!!! Do NOT RENT THIS PLEACE.....!!!!!!!

Sorry to say this but POOR...compared to very good management of The Mark on 4th.
I needed to request to clean my front yard and trim or cut some branches of tress which is now covering my front window. Where are your landscapers? Oh, sorry, i always see them around but looks like they only working on some areas like, near playground, dog park, and areas that easily be seen by visitors. Please do not forget my area, townhome areas. And, oh....been requesting landscapers for monthssssss!!! Once again, i called today and the lady said they need pictures showing the tree and and my dirty front yard
