This property management place completely led me and my family on. They told us applications were first come first serve basis. We were told we were the first application for a rental property & we were approved for the rental. They kept leaving large gaps in communication. Gaps that started with days that turned into a week of not contacting us after telling us more than once that everything was okay. Each time I’d call, I spoke to Octavio & he said they would let me know, but that I wasn’t to worry because everything looks good. Only thing, was that they are waiting for the

From a tenant's point of view, dealing with property management companies can be difficult. However, nothing could be further from the truth with OTPM! This is a class operation all the way around.
