Jan Hudson is one of the hardest working persons I have ever met. She is very knowledgeable and was quick to answer any questions we had. We saw a lot of houses and even with COVID-19 restrictions we were able to close on our home with no issues. I highly recommend her if you are looking to buy or sell your property.

Jan is very knowledgeable and worked extremely hard every step of the way to sell our home. She was always available, honest and up front, giving clear explanations and good advice to make sure that we got the right buyer at the right price. Jan's associate Jenny Summerfield also worked relentlessly, and found solutions for all the unexpected challenges that came up. Jan helped us buy our first house earlier this year. She walked us through every step and really explained the process to us so we never felt lost even though it was our first time buying. Jenny was also helpful and sweet; these ladies together were organized and on top of everything. Both offered helpful insight whenever we had questions, and we had a lot of questions! Having moved to SoCal after selling my home four years ago, I was looking to see if I could pre-qualify for a home loan. A friend recommended, View Point Financial, Mavin Hudson, who had me pre-approved in a week. I still needed a realtor and asked him for a recommendation not realizing his wife, Jan, was a realtor.
