Services
We complete tenant screening with credit report and reference check (we are fully accredited with Tenant Alert). We coordinate and manage Repairs and Maintenance at no additional charge (no price mark-ups - The Maintenance Request form is on this website). We have comprehensive affiliations with local contractors, plumbers, handymen, electricians, landscapers, house cleaners and carpet cleaners.
Our management services include the coordination of property maintenance and repairs, tenant communication and correspondence, attending to your accounting needs in virtually any manner you prefer, and ensuring that your investment is providing the best return possible. We tailor our services to meet your needs.
A separate rental application must be completed accurately, truthfully and as completely as possible by each person 18 years old or older who will reside on the property. An application fee is charged for each application. The application screening process will take approximately 2 to 3 business days.

My wife and I rented a property through PropMan Inc for one year and appreciated the incredibly streamlined move-in and move-out process at both ends, as well as quick responses and solutions to any items that came up throughout the year.

I moved to Redlands from Orange County and really wanted to go from an apt to a house. I happened to meet Chad Erickson from PropMan when I was touring a townhome they had listed. After speaking to Chad about really wanting a house to rent he actually told me about 2 houses that were coming up for rent. He kept me informed and in the loop and as soon as it was ready he let me tour the home and I ended up renting it. The process was easy. Chad always kept in touch with me. He even painted the walls in the house for me and it turned out beautiful. I would highly recommend Chad Erickson to anyone

Inquired about a property for rent and set up a time and day with chad Erickson . Will showed the property and said there were several applications in but “they didn’t look so good” . So my boyfriend and I decided to submit an application along with pay stubs that same day (was a Wednesday) . I remember Will saying we’d hear back that same Friday . Friday came and nothing . Text Chad on Monday and he stated he was in Arizona that Will is in charge till he returned , so I then spoke with Will he stated he was going to go over our information and give me a call back . Karrie, Will and the rest of the team have been amazing. They are very knowledgeable about California rental laws, and have many resources to assist in just about in rent related matter. They have handled monthly rental agreements, maintenance and evictions for me, and I would have to give them 5 stars in each area.

We rented a property from them for about four years and they were a pleasure to deal with. Whenever anything went wrong, even with the home warranty, they ensured it got fixed within a timely manner. When we moved, we received our full deposit back (we did make sure the place was as in good a shape as possible - they were selling the place as we were moving, so it worked out for both of us, and they were good at always allowing us to dictate the open house and showings). I recommend them to others looking to rent in Redlands.

Propman inc has given me an excellent living experience at a respectable cost. They are reliable, present, easily acceptable. My apartment is incredibly quiet, even during the day, when I often sleep while I’m working nights. They have clean facilities. If only they could have laundry at my complex, then it would be the best.

As a rental tenant of the Perrie Mundy Group Property Management branch I give them five stars hands down, they have an enthusiastic and caring staff that will find you what your looking for literally from apartments to some of the most exclusive homes around the area. The manager Kerry Spelman and her partners Brad Allen and Chad Erickson are extremely knowledgable of the rental market and treat tenants with the utmost care, heck they'll even check up on your house when your out of town if you ask them to! They go out of their way to please tenant and owner needs! Anyone looking for property
