I’ve been living in this place for 5 years, it hasn’t been great. First of all, SO MANY BUGS. I don’t know how they get in here, but I’ve seen big ants, spiders, termites, roaches, and other large flying insects get in here. There’s rats inside the walls that make holes to come inside. I’ve also seen many snakes outside, and I remember my neighbors had baby raccoons fall off the roof in her room. I sometimes hear the raccoons on the roof in my room.
The floors are very sensitive and noisy. I get noise complaints downstairs for doing the bare minimum. You could be standing still or

The lady that has been helping with my application is amazing but waiting to get your approval is frustrating the manager never seems to be there i paid money to secure an apt and my application fee and can never get. a response about my application because the manager has to give it to them. this place is very hard to get ahold of.

Maintenances doesn’t do anything, they don’t fix anything. I’ve had an my ac leak and maintenance failed to come and now it’s affecting my neighbors downstairs. My freezer in my fridge keeps thawing and freezing. I’ve been asking for a new fridge and surprise, I get no help. There’s tons of bugs, ants, termites and roaches. They supposedly have someone spray but that doesn’t do much. They raise rent every year for what quality services? DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!

This place is the most ghetto place you can find!! Roaches, rats, no hot water, everything is broken and people in the office only know how to take your money!!! Even when you leave they don’t give your deposit back!! Run away while can!! If you live there I am sorry about you!! Dirty trash everywhere!!!

Extremely rude staff! I work in the same industry and I would never speak to tenant like one of the leasing agents spoke to me. She was all nice when I came to rent here 8 months ago. She hung up on me mid conversation and blocked my calls. Don’t be fooled by this place. She has short black crazy hair, short & skinny. Extremely rude my advice is to train your staff on proper phone etiquette and professionalism. I will not be renewing this contract. Lost a good tenant due to your lack of professionalism.

I don't usually give bad reviews because my momma taught me right......BUT this place warrants one. For starters, I'm only giving it one star because I must since they actually deserve a BIG 0! This place is simply falling apart so no matter what might be "attempted", if attempted, to be done it will never work, it's simply a losing battle.

HORRIBLE place. DO NOT LIVE HERE. We pay $1500 and for what? For holes in our ceilings. This place is old and WILL fall apart on you. Even after this, landlord still has the nerve to raise rent. Pathetic. The staff is responsive, and are generally very good at getting to work orders. What other choice do they have? This entire place is falling apart on the daily.
