Been living here for 10+ years. Currently no complaints. The great reviews are all true. The bad reviews are somewhat true as well. Staff is generally great and responsive. Yes, I would like the gates to work properly, but residents would need to stop breaking them. Yes, some residents are noisy. Yes, parking sucks as it does in most of these complexes. I guess I'm satisfied.

Very great community to live at. The staff is very helpful always and maintenance team is very responsive to my needs. Love this place. My apartment is one of the nicest one here with an attached garage. Parking might get tough sometimes, but I only have one car, so my garage is perfect for me. Thank you!

Awesome first appartment! Lived here almost 2 years now and other than the occasional noisy neighbors it's an outstanding complex. The staff in the main office are insanely helpful and insightful, they really take care of you and get you what you need. Maintenance team, is simply phenomenal, they take care of the issues quick and do not bother me at all. Not to mention the trash pick up at the door!

So I lived here for 2 years from 2017-2019, i wasn't going to leave a review until a recent incident with office management.
t's a nice place to live, parking is absolutely terrible though. I have had other complaints but that's not what i'm here for. today I had my NEW landlord send over a rental history confirmation email that Missions at Sunbow had to sign confirming I was a resident (click of two buttons) it was sent 10am and I talk with Sierra who is very rude. I ask her to keep an eye out for it, she says okay. 3pm comes by on friday and i'm needing this signed so

Do your self a huge favor and do not look into these apartments especially if you have kids! Management is very unprofessional and will not follow up on any issues. Maintenance is done horribly and most of the time maintenance personnel will say repair is not needed. They will also come into your unit without permission for "smoke detector testing and carbon monoxide replacement/testing." Interior design of apartments are made with cheap material. Neighbors are rude and loud even after "quiet hours" they are obnoxiously loud. Parking spaces are assigned but random cars park

Lived here for 2 years. Parking is atrocious. Neighbors complain at the slightest noise. Security gates never work. Gate keys that you have to use for the mailroom never work. They will tow a guest vehicle in the spot you pay for if it is parked there. Apartments are made with cheap material. Tons of friends that lived here with horrible move out cost stories.

Front desk are lazy and never finishes what they say they are going to do. When it comes to any help forget about asking them. They know nothing and always say I will find out. Just for you to wait and call them back two weeks later just to complete restart the process over. The place is great but the people working there ruin it.

I DO NOT recommend. I am stationed here and they take almost all of my BAH, so I might as well live in military housing. They're overpriced and the customer service is not what it should be. They almost never answer their phone in the leasing office or their email. There is never any parking EVER!! They're rude and unhelpful. And be prepared to get charged a lot more when you move out than what you should be. So glad I got out of there. Ridiculous.

So today Sunbow emailed you tell me that if I have issues with their parking policies I should take it up with their contract company that they are responsible for.
Sunbow puts the enforcement of their parking policies over that of their tenants. They're not willing to listen or help. Just pay your fines and shut up is their attitude.
Like all other companies they're just in it for the money and their tenants are tools.
My wife works in property management and she's embarrassed and appalled by their attitude.

The property management here is very unprofessional. I rented here for over a year and a half, during my time here I was faced with a couple of issues. There was mold and mushrooms growing out of my carpet. I contacted property management plenty of times during this issue to have it resolved. It took many weeks and my guest and I were not offered any safer living conditions. Being a disabled veteran with no family in Ca this was very difficult. Missions at Sunbow offered no help to put me somewhere that had safer living conditions, not even an empty unit. Paying full rent during this time I would

If I could give 1 star I would, moved in April 2018 and couldn't wait to leave. First of all, you'll get a parking spot for your car and have to pay for another and both will be super far away from your apartment. I had a baby in a baby seat at the time and had to carry my baby all the one from one building to the next just to get to my car & the other residents don't care about your car so they'll ding it up as much as they want because the spaces are soo damn small! The people that live in the complex are ghetto, when we first moved in some homeboy would bump his ghetto

I lived at missions at Sunbow for a year and I do not recommend it to anyone. The staff are not helpful once you're a tenant and the apartment are made to look nicer than they really are. The movie theater they have is always out of order , the business center always has issues as well ( computer or printer not working) . The gym equipment is old and also doesn't work, only one of the treadmills they have has consistently worked. For the quality of the apartments it is over priced plus if you need parking you are out of luck, the street parking is very limited and the office staff might

I have lived here the last year. They raised our rent $200 a month on a 1 bedroom apartment. We had roof rats and they did not take care of it quickly it took weeks for them to get the order in. They scheduled ya for the wrong move out date which forced us to move and clean the apartment in a few hours. I would never live here again. Please be advised. They will raise the rent by a lot. There are much better places to live.

Been here for about a month and so far everything had been superb. Nick was the representative that we first met with and he has been very accommodating and welcoming. The entire team has great customer service skills and is always available to help. We've had a couple of minor maintenance issues and they were handled quickly. The one criticism is not with the team but with the tenants who don't clean up after their dogs. It was a great move for us and we are very happy here.

The answer is, do not stay here. I moved in with broken utilities, bugs, and obnoxious neighbors. I recently moved out, thank God, and it's been night and day different. The doors do NOT close quietly so if you enjoy the sound of slamming doors all day I guess you will be okay.

As a plumbing vendor for The Missions at Sunbow, it is very easy to work with the office and maintenance staff. The office always coordinates projects efficiently with no time lost. Hanz and Amy keep us up to speed with any special requests needed to complete the job.

Nice Apartments interior and outside. nice neighborhood to walk or run aroud with beautiful views. The thing is...Can somebody please fix my dryer ?? since the day I moved here, my dryer machine is not working. I have been calling to the office maybe 4 times dealing with this problem. They send the maintenance staff to check it out and all they said is that is good, that is working, that they would send someone else to fix it and nothing has been fixed! Washer & Dryer machines is one of the reasons why my spouce & I decided to move in, but I havent had the opportunity to enjoy the dryer
