Your true Self is the most important part of your existence. To know your true Self, you have to turn inwards and realize that you observe from your Self. Your true Self is pure consciousness. When you are centered in consciousness, the curtain pulled down by the mind becomes irrelevant and you become free.

Claudia Carballal, founder of InnerWellbeing, is a coach-guide-teacher of Yogic spirituality, healing, and wellness. For two decades Claudia has helped people navigate change, uncertainty and recovery. She provides guidance, consulting, and decision-making support with the tools of Yoga, Ancient Wisdom, and the Healing Arts of India as well as the tools of modern Psychology.

The science of Yoga and its universal principles apply to every aspect of our lives. This includes a commitment to keep our mind and body in a healthy state, to follow a vegetarian diet, to be mindful of our speech and actions living from a foundation of truth, kindness, and non violence, and through our intentions of building peace and unity in our modern societies.
Claudia is an experienced yogic practitioner, coach-guide-teacher of yogic spirituality, healing, and wellness. For 15 years, she has been studying and practicing Hatha Yoga, Kriya Yoga, Yoga Psychology and several healing modalities of Eastern wisdom teachings under the guidance and mentoring of her spiritual teacher in India- Maa Gyaan, a gifted healer, mystic, and teacher who comes from a lineage of strong techers and healers in India.
Dr. Vivek Mohindra (BAMS, MBA) is a life coach and teacher of Yoga Philosophy and Yoga Psychology in India and Europe. For more than 30 years, Dr. Mohindra has been coaching, teaching, and guiding students around the world combining principles of Yoga philosophy, Ayurvedic psychology, and the wisdom of Eastern philosophy.
Sangha in India means a gathering among friends to explore the deepest dimension of your being, for the purposes of self-knowledge, growth, and human evolution. Our Sunday Sangha is livestreamed to InnerWellbeing's Facebook, and InnerWellbeing Community Facebook group, starting at 7:30 pm CST (Dallas Time).
