Unfortunately, they take as many applications as they can so that the landlord can choose the best one. This is really unethical and unprofessional. It makes me not even want to apply. Applications are not cheap and it seems like a way for them to rack in extra cash when they know only 1 application will be accepted, and the others denied but the money still collected. I've spoken to other companies that accept only 1 application at a time as it's first come first serve, since they don't want people wasting their money. That is how you do proper ethical business and Porzig should learn from the

Completely rude and lie, say put in an application and it should be 2 days. Meanwhile 4-5 days later get an answer on an house lease. Denied.... says it’s first come first serve and check on applications one at a time, nope not how they do it!! $50 dollars an application and they take as many as they can get! Was told it looked good and they give it to someone else. They don’t give the owner one application at a time they have multiple at a time go in and then choose. How are people supposed to find a place to rent when people are unethical and say they want to work with you but don’t work
