Mill City was our property manager for the last 3 years. Given we are out of state and *extra* inquisitive, we appreciated the automated nature of the billing and management system; we could check on items at any time, and accessing documents for tax purposes was easy. I was dealing with another property management company in Manchester, N.H. who became unresponsive, not returning calls, returning calls late and were hard to contact. I decided to try Mill City Property Mgt. after researching my options. After two years, they have been great. They are very responsive, never hard to contact, resolve problems immediately and very nice in which to deal. A friend recommended Mill City Property Management, as I was looking to rent out my condo in Manchester, NH. I was moving out of state and wasn't able to manage the process on my own.
