Do NOT live here if you prefer having a management team with any sort of competence. They've got it all here at the luxe... poor management, appliances, amenities! You name it and they do a terrible job at it!

If you enjoy getting screwed over by fine print on a lease contract and living in a unit that will give you serious maintenance problems each week or two, then look no further, the luxe on west call is the place for you! However If you don't enjoy those things but you still need to live close to campus then you're better off saving your money and pitching a tent on landis green for the year. This place is 100% not worth the amount of money that they charge each month. To begin with, my unit this past year had roughly 4-5 issues each month and of those 4-5 at least 2-3 were seriously inconvenient

I have been a resident at the Luxe since August 2019. They have not been accommodating nor responsive to any type of request- maintenance or not. I have waited months to have my dishwasher and unit heater repaired, and I have waited over a week to repair a clogged toilet in my unit. I am extremely dissatisfied with the Luxe, and I do NOT recommend it to anyone who is searching for housing for Fall 2020 and then some. The only reason why I am posting this review, is because tonight, I lost my keys to my apartment and called to have someone let me in. Mind you, I have a severe medical condition that

Stopped to your this apartment complex on December 31. Sign on the door had posted holiday hours and a statement that they were returning to regular hours the day before... Nothing about closing early. Apparently, they closed after 1/2 a day (which we found from their answering service when we tried to call). Did not bode well for them; we signed elsewhere.

Parents and students- we do not recommend signing a lease for this apartment complex. We read the reviews and we took a chance anyway and this was our experience so far:
1. Paid extra to move in one week early for school activities at FSU and apartment was dirty and obviously not cleaned, ice maker broken in refrigerator, mattress had giant black stain on it, bed frame leg was bent at almost a 45 degree angle, cable TV not working at all, and thermostat had been completely painted over with white paint.
2. Management almost non-existent to address complaints. There is always an uninformed college

I've had a horrible experience with the Luxe and their management. I had a lease signed and ready to go since April and to my surprise I was unable to move in on move in day. This left me homeless with nowhere to go and all of my belongings in the car for three days. I went into the office personally, speaking to managers and staff. I spoke to one exceedingly rude leasing agent named Bobby Lee. After going into the office 6 or 7 times between the hours of 11am-6pm, the problem was still unresolved and managers were nowhere to be found. Management has been unhelpful this entire time and I highly

I really can't begin to explain how much of a bad decision it was to live at this sorry excuse for an apartment complex. Within a month of living here last year my roommates and I were already scrambling to figure out where we wanted to live next year.
Just a shortlist of things they do terribly here:
-The walls, and floors are paper thin, you can hear everything that goes on in the kitchen/common area from your room, as well as every step the people who live above you take (and I mean every...step)
-The WiFi is painstakingly slow and will get you less than 5-6 mbps most, if not all of the

I lived here for a year and am not returning. I would say the pros of this place include the location and the restaurants below it. It is also a newer complex so if you like marble countertops and newer appliances, it's a plus. However, that does not justify living there again.

My rent was $850 a month for a 2/2, and when I moved in, the floor plan I was expecting (that you can see displayed at the leasing office and online) was not really there. The place was very tiny for the price, and I essentially had a hallway for a bedroom. The living room was TINY and if we wanted people over, we

This is an AWFUL apartment complex.

Management is careless, rude, and self serving. In particular, the current manager Terrence is an arrogant individual who refuses to take any responsibility on behalf of his employees and will ignore your calls regarding complaints (something of a pattern based on other reviews). He is not someone with the temperament to run an apartment building that people call home.

The apartment looks nice until you realize many things are cheaply made. Apartment walls are thin as paper, and noise complaints ironically fall on deaf ears. Multiple promises are made upon

The Luxe has been pretty good. Maintenance can be pretty annoying at times but so far, it's not too bad. I wish the Luxe would be more attentive and more on top of things but I would definitely live here again.

This place is actually the worst. After living here for only a semester, we are moving out early. We cannot even play our music at a comfortable volume because our neighbors will immediately complain. It's as if this place wasn't built for college kids. Our amenities have been broken or half way working all year. The office is incompetent. I went to get my mail and they gave me the wrong persons mail.. but can't figure out why they can't find my actual mail. THIS. PLACE. SUCKS.

As a builder that just built a restaurant in their first floor unit. The place is not quite built with quality in mind. I mean they took short cuts all over the place. The A/Cs worked till the day before we opened. Then they tried to fix it. Their idea of a fix it guy flipped the breaker and said that's it. I fixed it and left. Well an hour later it still didn't work. He had nothing to say about that one. We brought in our own guy and he found a burned up A/C fan. He replaced it and we haven't run this a/c during the build out and Mr. smarty pants thought he had one on us. Once the

This place was a bit on the rough side when it first opened it's doors, but not anymore. With the new management instilled they have completely reviatlized the whole complex! I just resigned for another year here and I can't wait. All the old problems we used to have are all gone, haven't had one issue in over 11 months. The new management really cares about us and does everything in their power to make things as perfect as possible for us. The Quality of living at the Luxe is 2nd to none for a college kid, everything from just the warm hospitality of the employees to all the awesome

DO NOT LIVE HERE

1. MANAGEMENT SUCKS

2. ROACH INFESTATION (that management could care less about about.. lasted 4 months)

3. fire alarms would go off at 6 a.m .. 2 a.m .. for no reason and would not get turned off for hours.

4. DIRTY BROWN WATER LEAKING FROM OUR CEILING

5. friends have to pay for parking

6. WE have to pay $25 per month to PARK were we LIVE

7. room sizes are disproportionate to each other... all pay the same price however

8. overall a crappy place that I have to pay 800$ for and is absolutely NOT worth a single dime of it.

The upside to living in a new place is that everything is new. the problem with living in a new place is that you don't have the benefit of asking people like me (and tony p. before me) what it's like to live in this place. nothing has gone right since before they opened - which was a week late. the pool opened months after the building opened. the units are ridiculously small. this is a conveniently locate building -- it's one upside. after that, it is cheap furniture, no paint on the walls, other than a chalky primer that the builder put in. i would stay the heck away from this

This is a crappy managed company. The place looks great but once you sign the lease they will be your worst nightmare. I am not renewing for my FSU student and nephew. From the corporate office in Texas this place smells of unprofessional incompetence. They tow vehicles that have stickers on them and then extort $175 to get your vehicles back. They never finished construction and had students move in to pay full price for their units without any of the amenities that were advertised. Promised to give the students $200 gift cards to local merchants in exchange for the on finished structure. Never
