I Moved In 2 Days Ago And Found That There Was A Bunch Of Roaches I Had To Kill But I Went To The Leasing Off And They Put Me On The Pest Control List And Got On It Right Away. The Maintenance Man Ryan Helped Repair The A/C Which Was Life Saving B/c My Son And Pregnant Gf Is Here So I Want To Give A S/O To Him. Also, He Repaired The Fan In The Bathroom, Kitchen Faucet, And The Dish Washer.

Overall, Tally Square so far has been a great place to live. I have no issues with neighbors or the office staff, the apartment is nice, the area is clean and quiet, and I am very close to a lot of restaurants, stores, banks, etc that most use quite frequently which is a convenience. The communication regarding maintenance for the most part could use improvement but it's not so bad that it makes the entire experience negative. I would recommend it still.

This place is terrible to live, I really would not recommend moving here. Maintenance does not come sometimes when you put in work orders and when they do the problem is NEVER fixed. There are roaches inside the apartments sometimes coming from the drains. Cats everywhere outside. And bugs everywhere at your front door. Wasps nest by your front door as well. The water seems to ALWAYS get cut off. Lastly the people at the office are very bad with communicating when it comes to issues that need to be fixed. After two years going on three of living here the new management have really shown me that

The service I have received while living in tally square (> 6 months) has totally blown me away. Today I put in a maintenance ticket as my AC stopped working and in >2 hours a tech arrived (Marquis, who was both kind and knowledgeable) was able to fix the problem and my AC is working perfectly. Furthermore, the management and maintenance team here at Tally square are both responsive and accommodating. Without question, I am totally taken back with the quality of service and would strongly suggest if you are thinking of living in this complex to take the plunge as you will not regret it!!

Honestly just moved in last night and both the complex and the apartment are beautiful! Denisha was amazing to deal with and we already met a really kind neighbour. The reviews made me nervous but so far we’ve had nothing but a great experience- will update if needed, but so far ecstatic!
Edit: we had a issue with our patio door not being the right lock for our keys and they came to fix it within a week which is amazing for such a giant complex!

Keep an eye on the billing statements if you move in here.
I lived there for three years and enjoyed the amount of space for the price.
Problem is, when new management came in, mistakes in billing started to occur.
The first time, I started getting charged a month-to-month fee of over $100 in the middle of my lease because they had entered the wrong termination date in their system. It took them weeks to fix the issue and I had to pay the wrong amount while relying on their promise that they'd credit my account.
Second time I noticed my bill was too high, they had somehow started charging me

Current resident: if you want AC, I strongly recommend not moving to this facility. I have had maintenance come to my apartment numerous times to "fix" my AC. Each time they turn off my unit, let it thaw, and use freon. I have lived in the facility for almost three months, they have come to my unit approximately six times for the same issue. With this issue, I have had flooding on my floors, humidity building up in my apartment (causing the floors to bubble) and overall discomfort for me and my dogs. It is currently cooler outside than it is in my apartment, and because it hasn't reached a certain

A maintenance request was raised 1 month ago, after several followups some one came and partially completed half the work. When tried to call the office, no one picks up even though staff are inside. We have mailed a couple of times to the management but no response. How are we suppose to stay in this type of dust and leakage inside the house. One restroom is closed, master bedroom is leaking and at the end of the month full rent is needed.. I never write reviews but the situation is really pathetic inside my apartment.
