This place is extremely unprofessional. After being in a horrific accident where I sustained injuries, I was put through the ringer to get my car out of their overpriced lot. They would not allow me to get the current registration out of the car, even though I had the owner of the car with me. The lady at the front was extremely rude, and even put my AAA tow truck person through the ringer, having him email his insurance. They do everything in their power to keep your car for as long as possible so they can rack up charges. I hope the city drops whatever contract they have with them. This place

Very unprofessional staff. Came here to pick up my car even though the police said I could but the lady refused to release the car because she said no officer released it even though I spoke to the police right in front of her. They do everything they can to keep your car there so they can squeeze every dollar out of you for as long as they can. The city should not be doing business with these people. They are crooks and the state should do an investigation into this company.
