Broke my driver door on my F250 and came to these guys to have it fixed. So happy I did! Just picked up it up today and it looked great, their service from the beginning was great and very helpful. They kept in touch during the process to keep me updated, truck took a bit longer than originally anticipated but it was well worth the wait. Definitely recommend going here!

I was very pleased with their service until it came to making the payment. The driver miscommunicated how to pay, saying the bill will be added to the work done by our mechanic. A week later I get call from Discount Towing demanding the money straight away. After they threatened to tow my car away from the shop, I was able to convince them to give me an hour to talk with insurance and get this squared away. Unfortunately our insurance representative was not available within that hour. Discount Towing needs to communicate better with their customers when a problem arises, especially when the problem

Recieved some front bumper damage while driving. Chose the shop based off Google reviews, was definitely not disappointed! The shop flawlessly worked with my insurance and car rental company, taking care of all the details hassle free. Bodywork was done exceptionally fast and looks great. This place was amazing, they towed our car after an accident and we ended up going with them for the repairs as well. They were kind, courteous, and the service we received was excellent. The repairs came out fantastic can’t even tell the car was in an accident at all. Also when my husband picked up the car he was expecting to get it back the way we left it which wasn’t very clean AT ALL, but when he got in they had cleaned it so nicely inside and out! Amazing service!
