This is a group of very nonprofessional individuals who guess at what the problems are, both the owner and mechanics have no idea what they're doing! Spent a lot of money here on guessing what issues are and in the end, still not resolved! When returning for a refund or asking for them to repair the issue correctly, they wanted to charge me for guessing what the issues would be again! The owners said he's gone to court several times before and had no problem going again, these comments alone should keep you away from A&S mechanic shop! Do NOT bring your vehicle to A & S Auto/Truck Care for automotive repairs or servicing! Coming here was an expensive mistake and an extremely negative experience. I am giving it one star since I don’t have the option to give it none.
Regarding the owner who was also the mechanic (Armand):
• Over charged for services and parts provided
• Did not itemize my bill and could not explain the total cost
• Did not guarantee the work provided
• Unprofessional and combative
• Refused to listen to the car the very next morning after repairs were completed as it was still making the same
