These guys were the absolute best my truck blew a turbo boot on the side of I-40 had my 5th wheel connected driving from out of state in the middle of the night no one else could help I called these guys and they showed up In 20 mins they even helped me get my 5th wheel disconnected I couldn’t disconnect because I had a low battery they showed up with a charger for my battery helped me un hook towed both my truck and trailer to the nearest rv park!!! These guys took time out of there night to come help someone they didn’t even know the professional courtesy they showed me and the willingness

Jose is my new super hero! When I grow up I want to be as nice, professional and funny as him. He drove to Taos to get my 5th wheel out of a very tight, snowed in storage facility and towed it to Albuqerque for repairs. He made arrangements to be in Taos between 11 and 11:30. He was on time. After some work to get hooked up (not his fault; the 5th wheel jack was broken) he had it out and on the road in no time. I was able to follow him to ABQ and we got it to the repair facility with no trouble. I am super happy with his service and I will recommend them for towing. He accepted the Good Sam's challenge

Macy's Towing came through for us in a big way. We had a flat on I-40 at 9pm at night, and tried for 2 hours to get someone to come out and help us out. But, when i called Macy's, someone (i think it was Andreas) from Macy's a) answered the phone; b) said he could come out within an hour (music to our ears!) c) communicated with us within that hour as to his status and d) arrived within roughly 45 minutes - after servicing another customer's flat tire. These employees are the most disrespectful shadiest people you will come across. Then will have the company back them up on their shady ways. Don’t trust this company with anything especially your vehicle. By far the sleeziest company in abq!

Andres showed up early to tow a 12 foot long 4500 Lb. toolbox for me after the "other guys" gave me the runaround. He was the definition of professional and handled the out of the ordinary task like he had done it every day for years. I will not call another company again. They were fast, fair priced (actually too low if you ask me), and very good at their job. If you need a tow truck, stop looking and call Jose at Macy's towing you won't regret it. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company!!!!

Andres came and towed my vehicle after a minor accident. Even though it was on paseo and rush hour, he was there when projected and communicated effectively with me. When I was late arriving with the keys causing him to be behind for his next appointment he was patient with me and performed the tow efficiently and safely.

I high centered my 4x4 off road in a difficult location for most tow trucks, also known as, the desert. Jose was able to quickly find and wench me out, before the desert sun cooked my daughter and I. After a long night of trying to dig myself out, and reburying my truck, he was like a knight in shining blue truck. I highly recommend this company for both regular and special tow circumstances.

Tl;dr - they can be pretty good, but they're not consistent about it.

The first couple of times I used these folks, I was pretty pleased - they were there when they said they'd be, and the prices were reasonable.

I needed a tow to arrive at the garage by 11:00, so I arranged with Macy's to arrive at my place at 10:00, figuring that'd be plenty of leeway; I'd rather be a bit early than a bit late, anyway. The driver called me at 10:05 to tell me he was just dropping off a car, and that he'd be there shortly. 40 minutes

I am a AAA customer and when the Alternator went out on my car, they sent Miguel from Macy's to assist with the tow of my car. He was prompt, courteous, professional and overall really nice. I highly recommend Macy's Towing and would use them again in a pinch if I have to.

Small family owned business who provided a great experience; given the unfortunate circumstances as to why they had to be called out. George was the gentlemen who helped us tonight, very nice, quick and accommodating. This is the type of local business I like to give my business to! The tow guy safely loaded and unloaded my vehicle, and he helped me push it into the parking spot! The office took a little long to get back to me about a receipt as I later realized I could get insurance reimbursement, but I appreciate the great customer service and professionalism. Altogether, I recommend them over any other tow place I've used in Albuquerque.

I'll try to keep this as short as possible but we had moved our daughter from Albuquerque to Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff for the Fall semester. Uneventful trip on the way there and we did get her moved in alright but it went into the evening and so we left Flagstaff at 8:00pm. About 50 miles out of Albuquerque - at 12:30am, the alternator seized and we lost all power and were stranded at the side of the road on I-40. I recently had some heavy car troubles and Macy's Towing was one of the few companies in the area operating on a Saturday. They were pretty slammed that day, but I was able to make an appointment for the exact time I wanted. Before I could even ask, they gave me a quote of a flat fee, which was awesome - no surprise surcharges. Everything throughout the whole experience went smoothly. They called me 30 minutes prior to double check on my appointment time and pickup location. They arrived on time and got me to my maintenance appointment on time as well. Great company! I was stuck in the visitors' parking garage on UNM. Macy's Towing was the only company in town that was able to help me out. They responded quickly, asked me a few questions, brought the right equipment and manpower to get me out of the garage safely. This wasn't the only thing that impressed me about the company. They were also very professional and friendly. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs help with a tow. It's worth the money, they will solve your problem.

I highly recommend Macy's towing. My truck needed to be towed out of a parking garage and none of their towing trucks met the height clearance to enter the garage. So two of their works had to push my truck out of the garage from the 3rd floor. They never complained and told me no matter what they'd get my truck out. I don't know many people that would do that. If I ever need any towing needs again I will be calling them!!!!

Well I'm impressed. Jose arrived 11 minutes after we called for a tow. I wish I would have checked Yelp before we waited over 3 hours for Dugger's (who never showed, and was set up through insurance). He was extraordinarily friendly, professional AND super fast! Highly recommended.

Car broke down in clines corners and Macy's saved us! Driver called me to update his eta and came out to get us really fast. Driver pulled up and intrigued himself and opened the door for my wife. I hired this company to tow my vehicle and when the my arrived they seemed very professional and ensured that my car would be in good hands, and to contact them if there are any issues because they would take care of it. Well that was all talk because when my car got to the mechanic it had a shattered back window. I called the towing company and they claimed it wasn't them and it must of been broken before. I think I would of noticed a shattered back window. No help they didn't even consider helping to fix this issue. All talk no customer service, stay far away from this tow company.

We dealt with two of their drivers and they were both fantastic! We had the unfortunate luck of breaking down on the interstate near Moriarty as we were passing through on our way to New York. Macy's helped us get our vehicle to a hotel for the night, then to a shop the next day. They were extremely friendly and easy to work with. They went above and beyond for us which was really appreciated considering our unfortunate circumstance. If we ever have the misfortune of breaking down again anywhere near Albuquerque I would not hesitate to call Macy's again!

Jose really helped me a ton. I can't thank him enough for his help. Macy's towing assisted me after I called my Mazda Roadside Assistance hotline while I was 40 miles outside of Albuquerque. The roadside assistance estimated a 50 minute wait time, but Jose was able to come within 40 minutes. He was courteous enough to let me settle in my son into his tow truck before handling my car. I felt very safe in his truck while they towed my Mazda 3 to the local dealership. He was very informative and friendly.
