They were responsive; the guy who took my information was upbeat and professional. The driver called me 20 minutes prior to towing so I could meet him as requested. The driver was helpful. He went out of his way to tow the vehicle. It was quite a process. He communicated well with me which was helpful as this was my first experience using any tow service. To top it off, it was affordable. Who wouldn't want professional, timely, and affordable towing service?

Best tow service I have ever had. Being alone in Albuquerque this team was the best. Not only fast (within an hour) but also safe and secure. They communicated the entire time with progress therefore no wondering when to expect them. I would highly recommend this tow truck service over any other.

We were waiting nearly 5 hours for Another tow company because insurance called them we contacted All Pro Towing we were home and safe 30 minutes from calling them! My older van died on the way home from work yesterday. All Pro answered the phone on my first attempt and advised me the price and time frame of arrival. Their e.t.a. was accurate and reasonable, given the fact that it was 5:00 rush hour traffic and the final price was exactly what I was quoted which was extremely fair considering the tow was literally across Albuquerque. If I ever need this type of service again I will be calling All Pro.

We needed our car towed across town and I called a few towing places and got some pretty insane price... called All Pro Towing and was given a fair price and they towed our car the same day. We weren't with the car when they picked it up or at the house when they dropped it off but Joe did a great job safely towing our car and parking it exactly where we wanted it. Would absolutely use them again and highly recommend! Can't go wrong with great services.

Excellent customer service! Our van broke down a few miles outside of Albuquerque on a Friday night while driving through the state. Several tow companies were closed. We called one that said they wouldn't go out of town so they gave us the number to All Pro. Chris, the driver was very friendly, personable, understanding of people being in a rough spot, and helpful. Their price was reasonable. They got us in connection with a mechanic that was also empathetic to the situation and that we felt we could trust. In all, we felt well served during a difficult time.
