We are located in the beautiful town of Bloomingdale, New Jersey, convenient to downtown, yet tucked away among nature. An historic waterfall makes a great spot to sit and relax. Picnic tables and grills are available for a waterside picnic. Our one and two bedroom residences are generously sized. Our master bedrooms can accommodate a king sized bed along with a dresser and night tables.
Most residences come with an oversized garage. Our mailman delivers directly to your door. There is no need to stop at a community mailbox.

I moved to Waterfall Village about a year and a half ago, and couldn't be happier. The entire complex is immaculate, and the atmosphere is peaceful and pleasant. On the very rare occasion that I have a problem, it is handled swiftly and with the utmost in professionalism. I would recommend living here to anyone who has the inclination.

We just moved here a little while ago, and could not be anymore impressed. Kate in the office is so personable and easy to talk to. She guided us through the whole leasing process from start to finish. The leasing office is perfectly set up in a 1 bedroom apartment on site. It was ideal to be able to see what the apartment looks like as soon as you walk in. We were able to measure the office for our furniture, as the apartment were in was not available to see at that time. The move in walk through was incredible because we were shown where everything was and how to work everything. Best part about

I've lived in 5 different apartments all over north NJ over the last 5 years. Waterfall Village is by far the best apartment i've moved into. Kate helped make my move-in experience pleasant and easy. She has gone to lengths to accomodate me and all of my questions throughout the entire process.
The apartment itself is clean, and cozy. Brand new carpet and appliances were installed. The complex is clean, quiet, and safe. All of my neighbors have been very friendly and seem to enjoy living here as well. The location has an overwhelming amount of food and delivery options and is only 10 minutes away

Last week I went to see an apartment here. The lady was very nice over the phone. I got there she let me view an apartment. 1. She didn’t come with me to view the place. She handed me the key and told me go view it myself (right there I knew I wasn’t going to get in) but I didn’t say much. I viewed the place. Now usually when you go to view a community you have someone come with you. Show you around the place. They will explain the environment and so on. But nope. I went to view the apartment and garage ALONE. 2. When I came back into the office she had the application folded and told me

I moved here recently and absolutely love it. From my first visit, throughout the lease signing I was so at ease and appreciated the easy transition. Kate in the office is super friendly and helped me with any questions I had. The grounds are well maintained, everyone is friendly and the apartment is spacious, clean and bright. The maintenance staff is outstanding. Our walkways were always clear throughout this past huge storm. The staff were constantly working to keep things clear and plow your space for you.
