Yale Manor Senior Apartments

At first I thought it wasn’t a bad idea. Very small space. Kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. No living room, no air, no bathroom fan. Clearly a rushed job on the cosmetics as there is dry paint dripping off the wall and tile cement globs everywhere on the tile floors. There was a water pump where my unit was in the basement, and I was told it was my responsibility to pull the lever when the alarm went off so it didn’t flood? The alarm is also very loud, goes off at all hours of the entire day. Power problems also happened often where a loud beeping noise would go off before it was taken care

Hello my name is Jean, I have been living here for 4 years now. I found my forever home. I moved here to be with my family. I love small towns I have lived in small towns since 1976.
Yale Manor Apartment Community were originally a hospital for many years. Was made intentional an apartment. Each Apartment here is very unique and different. We have a very nice and clean laundry room with two washer and dryer’s inside the building!
Our grounds are beautiful. Ample space for walking as relaxing. We have a grocery store and Dollar General and Family Dollar. City Hall, Police and Fire Department

I love living here, its quiet, I feel very safe and we have great neighbors. We also have a great owner and manager she helps whenever she can and shows respect for all of us.

I have lived here for 6 years now! Very quiet, Very Safe, Very clean! Maintenance is always on top of getting things fixed! New furnaces, shower heads and sink faucets installed this year! Staff is very friendly and helpful! Yale Manor Apartment Community here in Yale is a great place to live! Everyone in the community here is so friendly! Great location, great schools! Great shopping in the area! I would recommend this place to friends and family! Lawn and landscaping is always looking good! Nice place to live!

This place is amazing! My Aunt moved from Clinton Township to live there! The owners are taking great care of this place and all Tenants are very happy!
They are all like family there! Every time I visit my Aunt I feel so welcomed there!
It is worth living here and if you are looking for a beautiful home, this is definitely a home ..... you will never find a better landlord like Val and Dave.
They take care things in just minutes!

I loved Yale since I drove on to the property. I was so excited to start a new chapter here and super happy with my apartment. Spacious, modern and top of the line flooring and countertops . Convenient locations to walk to town within minutes. Yale Manor Apartment community has the best staff maintaining whatever comes up within just few minutes. The community is pet friendly and not only do they know you by your name but your pet as well. That’s first class service to me . Residents here constantly doing fun events, gathering for holidays and dinners, campfires. Gardening your own Garden if

Beautiful, Quiet, Clean and Safe place. My Wife and I Love it here. Since we have been here for two years now Dave and Val have been the most amazing owners that we have encountered in our rental life!

Been living here since August, 2018. Nice apartments and tenants and the owners a very nice and caring. And they are PET FRIENDLY!! IT,S HARD TO FIND ANYONE THAT ALLOWS PETS!! 2 minutes from town!! ( dollar store, McDonald's, A&W, Ace hardware ,and PIZZA!! SWEET!)
