I have been renting apartments for the last eight or nine years, Laurette by far is the most helpful, flexible, caring landlord I have ever worked with. The only reason I’m moving from the beautiful city of Saint Clair is for family. I will miss Saint Clair, hiking nearby, and watching the deers crossing here and there. I highly recommend Camberwell apartments.

So I’d like to start off by saying, this isn’t my first apartment, but it’s definitely my favorite thus far. We all know St.Clair is a beautiful and homey area and the location of Camberwell fits so perfectly into the rest of the community. The property manager Laurette is outstanding! I know that myself personally am a handful and overall an “all over the place” kind of person, but Laurette is extremely understanding and patient and is more than willing to be accommodating if you just communicate with her. For anyone looking to get their first apartment, I would definitely recommend

If you are deciding this place as you next home DO NOT DO IT! They have a SERIOUS (((MOLD))) problem. I have had loved ones pass away due to mold because they ended up getting sick. They are all over the walls. if you need help with anything like maintenance or Laurette THEY DONT CARE. I put in requests to have things fixed & they never get back to you & when I spoke about the mold they didn’t care. Also neighbors are so sweet but have the SAME PROBLEM!! Mold all over the each and EVERY apartment units they have. Also if you want to renew ( I don’t suggest but if you have no place to go) they
