I have lived here for almost a year now. office staff is very accommodating and address problems as they come. Maintenance is nice and Timely. The apartment complex is kept tidy as well.
Just recently had my AC go out and Patti went above and beyond to help my family out during the heat.
I am happy to call this place home.

I called for help to fill out a application for the apartment and was told to use a password that Ik wouldn’t work and i made that clear but before I could say anything I was rudely hung up on by your worker named Abigail she had a attitude the whole time I hope they learn more about being friendly to future residents

I moved in about five months ago and I am very happy. Angie and Pattie are always helpful and good to work with. The grounds are maintained very well and if there is anything that needs attention all that is needed is a phone call. The rent is based off your income and is pretty fair. I would recommend Brookstone Apartments to all consumers in need of a nice place to live.

My kids and I fell in love with this place through the pic. The rent seemed right for my budget and seemed close enough to all my family. So I contacted the office through email, they replied and gave me info on the place. They told me that they would need more info for my income, so I told them about it, I was told that I would qualify for a 3 br for $546 a month. That there are a few ppl ahead of me so I would have to be put on a wait list n that would be $50. The day I went in to pay the $50 I was told to my face I wasn't qualified. But if I get more income coming in then I could come back to

I called to inquire about an apartment and that experience alone was enough to not give this place any more than one star. The office manager seems to have an extremely large stick lodged in her bum. She was a very rude individual from the get go and spoke in an incredibly condescending manner to say the least.
