Giving this place a star is a is a far by compliment then I’d give , the management is very rude and unprofessional, things are not ran done right , there maintence staff is nice and great . They recently had to fix dry rot in the sides of the building , and which they only replaces what was needed and not the whole entire thing , while this place is under construction , wood gets left wherever , I had

I've been here a year and a half now and I love it! Super quiet, staff, maintenance and neighbors around me are so nice and polite. If I need maintenance to help with something, they do their best to come in a timely manner and if it's not something they can fix right away they keep you in the loop so you don't feel like they're ignoring you. Lawn is always well kept as well!

Nice place to live in but amazed by the terms of month to month. The month to month rent is $100 more expensive than 12 month contract. However I need to give a 2 month notice even to vacate the apartment (same as the 12 month contract). A month notice is valid but 2 month just does not make sense when you are on month to month.
Isn't the rent $100 expensive per month so that I can leave at the end of the month ?
