My son and I moved in about a month ago- we are new to the area. Compared to other rentals in the Port Huron/St Clair region you cannot beat Dutton Estates. We live on the first floor, and it's surprisingly quiet. We love the kitchen, wood floors, and big rooms. Ashley, we appreciate you taking the time to update your initial review and we are so happy to hear that you enjoy living at Dutton Estates Apartments.
We offer many convenient ways for our residents to submit a maintenance request! You can submit maintenance requests through our online Resident Portal, Resident App by calling or stopping by the office. We want you to make this your home as long as the unit is back in it's orginal condition when you move.

This is a great place to live, and I feel super safe! I’ve never lived so close to the water and that in itself is a plus. Staff are personable and always friendly. They respond in a timely manner if you need something fixed, or have any questions. I love my apartment, it is very spacious and I love that I have a balcony (which is hard to find). Being that these apartments were recently built they update and improve to fit the needs of the residents, as needs arise.

*** I am editing my original post. When we initially moved in the washer/dryer closet hookup in our unit was not large enough for our standard size washer/dryer. They spent this entire week bringing the wall out, and now the doors shut. Amazing of them.

This place is absolutely amazing! The staff there is awesome, especially Miss Jane and Miss Gabi! When I found this place they assisted me on getting all my application paperwork completed, when I moved in I had a freezer issue and they did everything to fix it, they made sure the cable was working and internet, they assisted me in finding a person to walk my dog while I work, they found me an amazing housekeeper that does an amazing job, and they always greet everyone with a smile! If you're in town for work or just need a place to live the furnished apartments are amazing and it's just a 5 minute

Very happy living here! The apartment is spacious and affordable. Compared to other places nearby there is really nothing else that even comes close. The gym is very convienient and has really nice equipment and these apartments are pet friendly! The location is nice being right across from the river and the office staff/maintenance are very friendly and attentive. My roommate and I looked all over St Clair and Port Huron and we are so happy we found these apartments. View Less

I could not be happier with my decision to move to Dutton Estates! I looked up and down for a place to call my next home, including rental houses, and then I found this place. The awesome on-site staff (management and maintenance), friendly neighbors and clean hallways, I could not ask for more. My wife and I absolutely love the St. Clair River access we have across the street for our kayaks and the short walk or bike ride into town. I wish I would have had the opportunity to live here earlier!
