When the police arrived to the home of my client and his wife after she called 911, the police recovered several handguns that were stolen and some that were not registered to my client.

Jeff gets it done. He's got a dearth of experience and knows what he is doing. He has.good connections with many prosecutors so can often find some common ground with the reasonable ones in your favor.
But if it comes down to a fight, Jeff has the chops to defend you well. He's a strong advocate for his clients and will give you the best possible defense. If it's not obvious, Jeff got me a full dismissal and fought so hard, the prosecutor didn't even show her face in embarrassment went they had to dismiss the case.

I literally just got off the phone with Mr. Voll and he told me that I won my case!!! It’s officially dismissed, I really love that the minute I hired him he got to work. He is incredibly responsive, very fairly priced and very supportive of you throughout the entire expungement process, do remember one thing though, you do have to be patient about 4-6 weeks (give or take), in return you get your 2nd chance at life.

Jeff Voll (PJV) is an incredible DUI attorney. He was able to get my DUI dismissed in one month from the day I called him. And he did this for a fraction of the cost that I paid my other attorney to defend me in my DUI case in 2012 which she was not able to get dismissed even though she said she could before I paid her the $5,000 retainer fee. Jeff is honest and did not promise he would get my DUI dismissed, but yet he did. Jeff has changed my negative attitude I had about attorneys to positive. My only regret is that I did not hire Jeff Voll in 2012 instead of the other attorney. He knows

Don't do it, go somewhere else. i looked at these reviews and found them troubling.....don't know what attorney you are speaking of but it is not Mr. Voll. He was sloppy in court, did very little re discovery and the DA basically pushed him around. he showed very little interest in fighting for our daughter. he basically allowed the DA to remand her without so much as a fight. we had to push for him to get the DA documents in her defense. Not sure whether he paid friends and family to post five stars, but these comments are really opposite of what we experienced.
