We put in an application here about a week ago. Asked them if they accept a Section 8 voucher and they said yes. What they don’t tell you is that you must make 3x the rent to apply not just your portion! If you’re on section 8 you must make the ENTIRE rent x3. If the rent is 1500 you must make 4500! No one making 4500 is qualified for section 8. This is BLATANT housing discrimination at its finest!

We started our lease in 2020, and only made it 6 months before we have to move out due to health reasons exasperated by living in the building. For reference we even lived in the “nice” more renovated apartments next to the office.
Our only positive experiences we had living there came from our wonderful neighbors who were only ever kind, courteous, and as quiet as you can expect from young families. That’s why this review has 2 stars. The location is nice, and the people are nice- that’s it. The building and management get 0 stars in my eyes.

Recently moved out it was nice theres a computer lab, gym and me and my friends liked to hang out at the park down the bike path. Alot of pros/cons of this apartment. pros: good location chill neighbors stores around and mcdonalds lastly easy to make friend and socialize. Cons: creepy basements, washer and dryer always broken, messed up parking lots, pool doesnt seem to be cleaned, paint peeling, and thin walls. We moved out 2 months early while still paying rent and a neighbor had told us they entered our apartment without telling us. We were still paying rent so they didnt have the right to enter

This is my second year living in the Meadows and my first time living on the east side. I was really skeptical because the apartment complex is really large. I am really happy about my decision. First & foremost my apartment is affordable! I find the management team to be approachable, courteous, respectful as well as professional. The overall appearance of the office is very flattering. I was able to have a accent wall painted with a color of my choice. The maintenance request are taking care of immediately. Usually within a 24-48 hr time span. I have been living at The Meadows for a couple months now and so far my experience has been nothing but pleasant. The office staff are really friendly, and make things as convenient as possible for residents. Having a maintenance team that’s available 24/7 has been great too, and my couple of requests have been taken care of promptly and in a professional manner. The location couldn’t be more perfect, close to shopping/mall area but far enough to not feel surrounded by retailers. I can see my family making the meadows our home for years to come.

My family and I moved into The Meadows recently and so far it is a very nice place to live. Any maintenance requests are answered quickly, and they follow up when needed. All the staff is great to work with, I have never had a problem with anyone, they are always friendly and willing to help. The building we are in has had a recent renovation to the outside and because of it we have not had to turn our heat on despite the days in the teens. Overall a nice place to live!

We have been living at Meadows apartments for the last 3 years. Never had any issue. Maintenance guys are always on their feet, we never had to wait for them. Very good neighbourhood, clean surrounding and safe for kids. Well managed swimming pool and the fitness centre. Management is really active in responding and resolving to any complaints.
There is an In unit laundry service, which is very convenient for us. The best part we love is that there is no parking issue. Just an amazing place to live! We would totally recommend this place to anyone. In fact, on our recommendation my sister is also
