Walked in and saw 3 cartel members behind the counter. Was greeted with, "What?". After telling the 3 drug mules why I was there, to get belongings out of my totaled car, they told me that they weren't allowing that. I asked why not and was told, "Because we're all on lunch.". I hope all 3 of them die, burn in Hell and take their low budget employer with them.

This company left me stranded on the side of the road and stood me up. My vehicle broke down so I called them for a tow, gave them all my information, and they said they would have someone out to me in an hour or so. Two hours later, no tow truck, no phone call, and I can't get ahold of their office. Like I said, stood me up and left me stranded. Had to call a different company.

It’s hard for me to give this place a good review when I had to give them so much money...
My car was impounded for 9 days and the total was 550$. That is an absurd amount! The one and ONLY reason I give them 4 stars is the service to get the vehicle out was uncanny! Once I scraped up the ransom, they made getting the vehicle back a breeze. Show up, show some verification, pay the denote, and here comes your car. So Western Towing, I would give those nice ladies at the front a raise. Without them your business wouldn’t have much good going for it AT ALL!

My husband was struck by an impaired driver and his vehicle was towed to Western Towing Yard. My husband went to retrieve his belongings, and because his first name was illegible on the registration - even though every other piece of information matched his driver's license - they told him to get a duplicate registration online. He went back today, and they turned him away again because the registration didn't have a middle initial and his driver's license did. Once again, all the other information matched. I have never used their tow services and never will. Their discourteous drivers are a hazard. I was on I-10 in rush hour, when their driver entered the freeway, threw on their signal, and proceeded to cross 4 lanes of traffic. I refused to slam on my brakes to let him in my lane, he got behind me and then went into the car pool lane. Then when he passed me, he honked and flipped me off. Real smart when your company name is on the side of your truck.

I have never had a problem until today with Western. They have saved me several times but this time I was driving along and one of their trucks, had/has rocks and dirt type of debris on the flat bed, threw a rock and broke my windshield! When say broke... I mean a huge crack! Not just a little crack, one that if I got pulled over it would get me a citation!! I don't know what their policy is but I would think if they dropped a load and then their bed was dirty they would at least sweep it off to avoid throwing it at passing vehicles. Don't try to call, they may answer but will pass you

When a drunk driver hit my parked vehicle in front of my house Western towing was quick to respond to pick up my vehicle. They were very professional cleaning my yard of all accident debri without being asked.
When I went to retrieve my personal belongings from the vehicle I found their yard to be very secure and clean. The office staff was very professional in their screening process to ensure my property wasn't pick over by other individuals.
They would benefit from an indoor reception facility.

I am writing on behalf of the fragile elderly and the sick. This place has an outdoor customer service desk in scorching hot Arizona! They offer no place to sit, no chairs, benches, etc. The parking spots have no shade. They have no restrooms. It has an outside porta potty in the direct sun. They have no soap or water to wash your hands. I can just imagine the many people (customers and employees) that go there, use that porta potty and then go to the front desk and touch everything, without washing their hands; then the front desk workers touch everything that the customers touch.
