I’ve been living here almost a year and can’t wait for my lease to be up. My apartment was broken into the 2nd month of me living here. I went to Dallas for a weekend and came home to a empty house. Office showed no compassion nor concern and Pam was very rude. I got a ring doorbell since then and the one day I toke it down and let it charge maintenance came in my home when I was not there to “check a leak”. But the entire time my ring camera has been up they never came in without me being home. Nothing is remodeled and I just can’t wait to move!!

I try to schedule an appointment for a walk through and this lady that was in the office with her boyfriend keep rescheduling because at first the 2 bedrooms wasn’t ready and today the 2 bedroom she wanted to show me she said somebody moved in there. I believe that was the most unprofessional thing to do

This is my experience at Park meadows,highly asthmatic, and they do not care what they put a person in , the living conditions are not right Ms Mariah, has I don't care attitude, Ms Stacy Shaw stated this isn't a reason to break lease. Gun shot in the window washing machine Not functional.what you see on the out side is not what you may get on the inside.

The Office workers have horrible customer service especially Mariah who instead of dealing with the issues starts acting like a 10 year old and screams into the phone and hangs up they add extra charges to your bills and none of the amenities work NO WORKOUT FACILITY NO POOL THE LAUNDRY facilities are horrible often dirty and un maintained I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

Hello--Ive been here about 6 weeks. I have the newly renovated home. So far, the experience has been good. They've been expedient with work orders. I just have a screen door waiting to be replaced and they ordered it right away. I work from home and it's quiet. Anytime I see mgmt or maintenance, they always ask how I'm doing or if I need anything, not that I do, but it's nice of them. A neighbor stocks the washroom with rare produce which is kind of her. Overall, it was a nice move.

The one bedroom apartment is pretty spacious for one person. The location is nice and quiet not a lot of crazy drivers or anything at night. The managment team are extremely friendly with all the means to get whatever item you are needing along with very adaquit responding times to your phone calls.

I really do appreciate the staff and corporate. They are working with me on my bad luck and misunderstanding. I see alot of complaining. Its bad everywhere. Violence break in stolen cars but. Apartment complexes can be held accountable. That's what alarm systems are for. Ans 9 out of 10 a break in or theft is done by someone you know or children no. So watch the company that you and your children keep. Communicate patience and prayers

I am a current resident on the verge of eviction. Miscommunication on my part then found out my utility bills as well as other mail was going to another address which conflicted with me paying my duties to Park Meadows
I seen a alot of complaints in reality nothing beats homeless with a child. If you can maintenance done on your timeline see if you can get a licenced professional to fix it and make arrangements to have them deduct or credit towards a payment. It's not life threatening. Their are sick dying homeless people out here or people worse off. It could be worse let go and let God. Nothing

This is by far the worst apartment you could ever rent, They are way over priced I had black stuff in my tub for half of a year. They don’t answer your calls or email you back in a timely manner. They are very unprofessional when handling complaints. The rental manager Keisha is very very very lazy and slow when it comes to any complaint you have and makes excuses for everything. If you want to enjoy your stay at a nice priced apartment do not move to Park Meadows.I wouldn’t even give them the one star.

So I finally got moved into my apartment at Park Meadows. Thank God. RJ is great his boss is great. She gave me great direction to get my mailbox key.went to take my trash out and my neighborhood whom I don't know took it down and I haven't any loud music neighbors are respectful so far and the fitness center is open from 9am 6pm and they have free wifi in the office. Me and my son are safe comfortable and secure. I love it. Looking to stay at least until my son graduates!!

This apartment complex is the WORST. They are slum lords. The leasing lady- Keshia- is very rude and very unprofessional. My family has literally been going through the worst time even AFTER moving out of this garbage place. First, all the pictures advertised are NOT what you get. The pool has not been open for Lord knows how long and this summer the complex literally just let the pool fill up with rain/flood water and never did anything about it. Next, the ceiling in my cousin’s bathroom was leaking for MONTHS. It took maintenance months to come look at it, and once they “fixed&rdquo

First off the apartments are definitely overpriced. Charging over 700 for a one bedroom because the outlets were updated. My apartment got broken into and took two days for them to come fix the door knob that was off of it. The crime rate is entirely too high over there and does everything in their power to cover it up and uphold their reputation.

Do not rent from here! They conned me out of an extra month's rent. I notified them that I was vacating with 29 days notice. They left me the impression this was acceptable, then called me on moving day to say I owed another months rent after I leave. They then sent that to collections. Also, it is dirty, the staff is inattentive, and the pool is essentially never open.
