A land lord who doesn't follow the lease agreement. Have a good lawyer if you rent from this company.
Very slow to respond to issues with the units. Roof still leaks with no follow up. Not kept up and embarrassing to have your customers come into when they need to drop something off.
The lease was always set up for us as a flooring maintenance company. We have cleaned rugs and upholstery for the past 5 years with the same process. One warning was given for water on the floor and we address this real-time. The monthly lease amount is going up 35% so it's not worth renewing these tin buildings
