Dr. Stack-Aguirre has always been such a pleasure to deal with regarding our 3 dogs we have owned at different times. He is knowledgable, discusses all your options and will say it like it is (which is such a relief), plus he has a witty, dry sense of humor which we always enjoy!! I usually have tons of questions for Dr Stack-Aquirre and he is very comfortable with us processing with him regarding any topic we might have concerning our dog!
The staff have been friendly and willing to help in any way. They have been pleasant with me, even though I have lots of questions and need some reminders

Been taking my bulldogs to Dr. Stack-Aguirre for four years now. He is very caring and loving to my dogs. Was great during a pandemic when we had to finally put our 10 year old bulldog down due to cancer. We have always been treated professional by his staff. Dr. Stack Aguirre is an excellent veterinarian. He is knowledgeable, professional, friendly and has taken great care of our pets for several years. He thoroughly explains everything and presents all options. I trust Dr. Stack Aguirre and recommend him as a top notch vet who really cares for the animals he treats. The staff at Coast Veterinary Clinic is organized, helpful and friendly. I appreciate the extra precautions they have in place during the pandemic.

I can't say enough good things about this clinic. My daughter and I were trying to help a stray and we just wanted him to be seen to make sure he was okay and get any necessary care. Not only did they get us in expediently but the care and help was tremendous from the Dr (Stevens) to the front desk gals to the vet techs.. thank you so so much for helping us and this little rascal who may no longer be a stray..

I just wanted to say what an awesome Veterinarian Dr Stack-Aguirre is. I took my 12 year old Bichon Archie there this week and was blown away by his kindness and attention to a dog he was meeting for the 1st time. Dr Elias is the very best I have come across, and would recommend him to anyone and everyone!

I took my 14-year-old terrier here because of his increasing symptoms of dementia which cause him to wander and cry at night. I've had this dog since he was 3, and I've had other dogs before and since. My dog came from a purebred rescue organization that pulled him out of a horrific breeding facility, and he's had lifelong health problems; including dry eye and discoid lupus. I have been taking my cat to Coast Vet since I moved here 12 years ago and Dr. Truax was a kind compassionate Vet who actually loved cats. Sadly he left his practice and turned it over to Stack-Aguerrie who was neither kind nor compassionate thus my previous negative comments. I preferred Dr Stevens and brought my cat to him for the last several months. But apparently Dr Stevens was told to jump.... Tonight I received a phone call from one of the staff telling me that I was not to bring my cats there again if I did not remove the comment I made in February or March about Stack.Aguerrie. I was

This place is horrifying. From the uncaring front office staff to the vet that saw us (which I had to insist on seeing to even have questions answered, he couldn't be bothered). They turned a very painful situation into a prolonged, terrible tragedy just to collect 325 from us. Our 16 year old kitty suffered a long and painful death while they lied to us and put her through procedures when nothing could be done. These people do NOT care about your furry family member. Do not take your beloved pets here. The second vet we went to that performed the euthanization said what they did was shameless

Thanks to Dr Stevens and the staff at CVC. My Golden Retriever had a reaction to an insect bite while I am vacationing on the Central coast. The staff at CVC took very good care of my girl and kept me informed the entire time. I am very particular when it comes to my dogs and I am very pleased with the care we received at Coast Veterinary Clinic.

Dr. Truax is has been the most compassionate and reasonable animal doctor I have found
in the county. He was always "there" for me and my beautiful dog. He always took his time
