Boundless (formerly Pilates 4 Women Only) is a woman-owned, for women-only boutique fitness, personal training and Thai massage studio, located in the bustling North Park neighborhood in San Diego, CA. Our live streaming group classes and in studio, semi-private and group classes offer an expertly curated fusion of fitness styles in a warm, welcoming environment with plenty of personal attention and out of this atmosphere results for women of all ages and fitness levels, including senior, pre and post-partum.

My lifelong love affair with fitness began more than 20 years ago in college when I was introduced to fitness as a freshman. I was pre-med at the time, but when I stepped into that freshman PE class, I knew this is what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. Over the years I followed my fitness curiosity, leading to certifications in pilates, yoga, group fitness, personal training as well as thai massage.
A girl shouldn't have to sacrifice her figure for a delicious snack. Let's be honest, you work really hard to get your body looking and feeling great. You're not about to wreck it with a sugary, artifically flavored, gut bloating, low quality, post workout nibble. Are you PMS-ing or managing menopause?
Boundless Education Center offers a variety of opportunities to start your career as a Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor or Massage Therapist. From test prep to internship programs, we have everything you need to start a successful career & thrive in your field. You want to be a nationally certified personal trainer or group fitness instructor but you're not quite sure how to get started.
No one likes doing the same workout over and over (least of all your body), so every single time you come to class, even if you take the same class, the specific moves will vary. You will literally never do the same workout twice. Live Streaming are 50-minutes, with a class maximum of 10; up to 3 for our in-person semi-privates (indicated with a *)and up to 6 in our small group Encinitas classes.
Let's face it, sometimes work, the kids and last minute schedule changes get between you and your fitness goals. No worries! With Boundless Tv you can train with me when you want, where you want and exactly the way you want. Only have 2 minutes? No problem. I've got you covered. My wide range of workouts can fit into any little pocket of time you can spare.

When I found Michelle I was in a bad spot- my body hurt, I was heavier than ever before, and just felt awful. I knew I needed more than just a workout - I needed a trainer- I have learned that there is a huge difference. Michelle is fantastic- she is a specialized with your entire body and mental wellness in mind.

I’ve been going to Michele for 2 years and every class she continues to challenge me! After working with Michele I am FAR more flexible and have the best butt I’ve ever had in my life. Her workouts are extremely well balanced focusing on a myriad of muscle groups—and often ones I would never work out on my own or even know how to. So a surprise outcome for me inititally was how much better my back felt just working with her regularly for a few weeks.

I originally found Boundless when I was searching for Pilates training for women only. Little did I know I got so much more than I bargained for! Michelle the owner is passionate and very knowledgeable about not only Pilates but strength training, conditioning, yoga, nutrition, etc! She is this whole beautiful package wrapped up into one hard working women. I currently go to Boundless for PT after an accident in which I broke my neck. Michele’s vast knowledge, attention to detail, and ability to explain things with ease will ensure you are giving 110% to your work out. She guides you in engaging the proper muscles, holding the correct form, and giving modifications if necessary. She checks in with you to see how your body is feeling and will give you appropriate stretches to address any issues. All of Michele’s classes are excellent and you will get a great work out! I don't want to sound over-dramatic, but my experience at Pilates 4 Women Only has been life changing! I had a herniated disc in my neck, lots of tension, pain, migraines, stiffness when my doctors told me I had to be stretching and exercising daily or I would end up needing (another, my 3rd!) spinal epidural shot for the pain. I have never been a person that actually enjoys working out. I don't hate it, but I always dreaded going to a class or workout-until I found Michele at Pilates 4 Women Only. Michele has given me back decades of my life, or at least that's what it feels like. When I started training with her, I was overweight, hurting all over, stooped with back pain, and kind of hobbling around with a bad knee, a torn, scarred achilles tendon, and cramping, tight feet. My personal experience with "Pilates for Women" has been life changing. I've tried so many forms of exercise and never had any courses like this. I’ve been practicing Buti Yoga since January of this year and I absolutely love it! This yoga class is completely different from the many classes I have taken and I can’t say enough great things about Michelle! Her positive energy and vibes only make this class that much more fun! Pilates 4 Women Only offers a variety of different classes for women, and pilates is really just a small part of what's offered here. Many of the small group (less than 5 people) classes are hybrid-type workouts that incorporate kettlebells, TRX, yoga, etc, so you will never be bored

Michelle is the best trainer in the world. And I don't say that lightly! She really is amazing. She motivates you to lead a healthy lifestyle and enjoy exercising. I live in north SD, so getting to class was hard during rush hour and my work schedule sucks, but seriously the best exercise facility I have ever participated in and if you have any doubts just take one of the group classes and you will see why everyone loves her!

So great for prenatal and post pregnancy! Michele has so many options for prenatal and post pregnancy classes...and now I can bring my 4 month old baby to work out with me too!
She really prepared my body for all the physical stress pregnancy brings. Because of her classes, I didn't suffer through the classic pains of pregnancy. It also helped keep my energy level up as well.
After I gave birth, I felt I had an easier time doing all the physical things needed in caring for a baby. Six weeks post-partum I started back up in her classes, after clearance from my doctor of course. Now, 4 months

Michele has seriously changed my life! For years, I struggled finding a work out I actually enjoyed. I'd join gyms and take classes for short periods of time but I always hated going and eventually would give up. I was out of shape when first visiting Michele and she immediately made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. It was different than any studio or gym I had ever visited.

I have chronic back pain and have injured myself trying to improve my fitness by being a little over-zealous. I scheduled an intro with Michelle who was so gentle, as were her exercises. The next day, I totally felt a difference though! All kinds of little muscles that are obviously really important for my posture were sore in a good way. Because of her emphasis on lengthening and flexibility using foam rollers, i felt better after the session. Michele is AMAZING...both as a trainer and a person! I have been going to Pilates 4 Women Only for the past year and I have never felt better. Ladies this place is a great find.
I've been really burnt out on my old workout regime and definitely putting on the extra pounds as a result.
I decided to give this studio a whirl to see if I could pull myself out of the slump and Michelle has far exceeded my expectations. She provides a lot of individual attention, and is helping me to correct alignment issues connected to an old injury which were starting to become problematic.
She also has a great attitude and energy, which really helps to motivate you even when you absolutely don't feel like working out. I have left each class

Michelle is the real deal, ladies. I'd never tried any kind of pilates before coming to her class, and I was expecting it to kick my a$$. I wasn't wrong! I love these classes! I have been attending for several months and I have seen and felt improvements in my overall health. I started as a pretty sedentary person besides dog walks. My job is pretty much at a desk so that didn't help either. However, once I started with Michelle and stuck to it, my life has been changing! I've been procrastinating on writing this review because I'm not sure if I can describe how awesome this place is. I LOVE it. I don't often leave east county, but I've continued to drive to Pilates for Women Only because there is no way I can find the same type of work out selection or the personalized instruction as I do with Michele.

This is a great little studio, and Michele is an amazing instructor. I started taking the pre-natal friendly classes offered here when I was about 20 weeks along and could not be more satisfied! The workouts are never boring, there is lots of one on one attention, and the prices are very affordable.

Ive been seeing Michele for a little over 2 months now. I love the location since It is right by my work, I get off and I can walk there. For me convenience is key with my workouts. This is not your typical yoga studio and I love that.
