An emergency is an event where there is imminent or current damage or harm to yourself or the property. If you are endangered or the property is damaged by flood or fire, please call our emergency line. Security deposit returns are closely monitored by the state. We return your security deposit by check in the mail within 14 days of the lease end date.

Our tenants are required to go through a stringent screening process.

On Monday 8/9/21 we had an appointment with Jordan to see our property we want to rent out, she was on time and a delight, so we thought! She said that she was busy that day but by would have her plan to us by e-mail Tuesday morning so I e-mailed her twice. We still hadn’t received anything on Wednesday so I called her to NOT write a bad review and give her the benefit of the doubt and she said my e-mails were in her spam and her email to us had been sent to an email minus 1 number so I confirmed the email address and she said she would send it over right away! We waited all week and weekend
