Horrible customer service...ID necklace was supposed to come and never did..post office says there was a mixup- but ultimately this company needs to take care of the customer by sending another necklace or issuing a refund-they refuse to do either...if this happened with Amazon or Walmart this would already be taken care of..my wife is deaf and has diabetes and needs the necklace..such a shame

Customer service needs serious work. I ordered a very beautiful silver medical ID with a USB port, The bracelet had four very unsteady circular connectors that opened very easily. hence it caused the bracelet to slip off & get lost. I attempted to let the company know about this flaw & was treated very rudely as if I made this up. Very poor customer service!

Bought a paracord id bracelet online. I ordered a large and the vague description said that it fit up to eight inch wrists. My wrist is eight inches exactly. When it arrived I liked the design, but the bracelet was way too big. I could fit three fingers underneath it. I decided to measure it before I contacted customer service and it was ten and a half inches long. I contacted customer service by email and they were unhelpful. They offered to sell me another one at a "discount" price after I'd just spent forty bucks on the one that was too big. I told them that it was bad
