Went in search of Pandora Charms for my wife’s bracelet as a Christmas present, was promptly greeted by Queenie who helped me pick out two beautiful charms for my wife. She was quick in ringing me up and offered to gift wrap it for me, which I’ve never had a store do and was very pleased. She let me pick out the color paper and ribbon and did a wonderful job in wrapping the charms in a timely manner. Very professional and courteous establishment. While I was waiting for the charms to be wrapped I browsed some mens bracelets they had conveniently placed on display beside the wrapping station

The Long Jewelers team is phenomenal. I met Debbie at a checkout counter in a retail store struck up a conversation about a lost Diamond earring of mine. One week later I visited the store met Jacqueline she sold me on a new pair of Diamond earrings that were a half carat more in weight. Lastly, the appraiser confirmed the value of my old diamond earring right on the spot. I’m now a customer for lifetime. Thank you Long Jewelers for your professionalism and expertise.

I went to Long to look for a Christmas gift, not necessarily set on buying. I had a budget and the sales woman was respectful of that. She was patient and so helpful as well as very knowledgeable. She provided several options and was never pushy in any way. The buying experience was everything you could want and they also provided complimentary gift wrapping service. My family has gone for decades and I will continue that trend.

I just want thank Dee and Lauren for first class service! Store was very busy (as should be with employees like this) Dee saw that even with the amount of clients in the store I still hadn’t been helped and called out to be sure someone came over. I have shopped there for many years. Always great service. A jeweler you can trust. Today I was purchasing earrings the young lady that helped me was so patient. I’m sorry I forget names , but I believe it was Christina .I always recommend Longs. He has custom made a lot of pieces for me. I’m always amazed at how they turn out.

I've been doing business with Long Jewelers for years now. My family has four high end watches, numerous less expensive watches that need batteries, and a fair amount of older jewelry that occasionally needs repair.
Long has always taken care of us and our precious things at reasonable price and with good security.
This last time, the shop was pretty crowded, but Geraldine gave us great service in spite of the crowd. Thanks, Geraldine!

I had an excellent experience with Steve Long picking out a gift for a family member this week. He has over 30 years experience in his industry and is very knowledgeable. He’s also very nice and patient. He’s not pushy and doesn’t make you feel like you have to decide right that moment. I would highly recommend his beautiful store.
