Purchasing an engagement ring seemed like a daunting task until I went to see Michael Santini at Tidewater Diamond. I didn't know exactly what I wanted but I had some ideas and Michael spent hours with me patiently designing rings until we decided on the perfect one. He was very respectful of my price range and worked with me to make a ring that we my fiancee and I love and fits in my price range.

Tidewater Diamond Jewelers is by far the best Jewelry repair service I’ve ever experienced. They were extremely friendly from the minute I walked in the door until I walked out! And speaking of minute, I literally was in there for less than 20 minutes. I am definitely recommending them to all of my N.C friends and family they are amazing!!!

Please do yourself a favor and visit Tidewater Diamond before you make your next jewelry or watch purchase. I promise you that you won't regret it. I walked into Tidewater Diamond just to get some links taken out of my husbands watch and walked away with the most gorgeous anniversary ring . Mike took the time to find out what I would like out of a piece of forever jewelry and selected the most perfect ring for me. He even put it a side to keep it safe when I told him I need time to ask my family an friends what they thought of the ring.

About 6 months ago a sapphire stone came out of my wife’s wedding ring and after careful review of multiple jewelry stores, we decided to take it to Tidewater Diamond because they could do the repairs in-house and the reviews were good. They repaired the ring and cleaned it up and my wife was happy with the work done and the quoted price of repair. Unfortunately, about 6 months later a smaller diamond fell out and this time the stone could not be found. With our busy schedule we could not get to the jeweler in time before the 6-month warranty expiration, but they honored the warranty anyway and

I absolutely LOVE this place!!! I purchased an antique sterling silver labradorite ring that just called to me. Got the ring from another wonderful store but.....the ring was a Size 5 and barely fit on the tip of my pointer finger. I loved the ring so much that I purchased it anyway in the hopes of having it resized UP. I Googled "Silversmiths" and Tidewater Diamond popped up. I called and got Mike on the phone. Mike was super cheerful and very friendly. I felt at ease just talking to him, explaining what I needed. To my relief, they could resize my ring!! I drove over immediately and took over

I had never been into Tidewater Diamond before but when I walked in I was immediately wowed! They have a great selection of watches and unique jewelry. We used Tidewater Diamond to resize rings for my daughters cheer team. The customer service I received was nothing short of AMAZING! Not only did they complete the repairs and the rings are perfect, but the work was completed in half the time they promised.
