Sensei Jeremey and his wife, Miss J, are truly wonderful instructors. I have seen my daughter develop confidence and leadership abilities. The Jr. instructors also are very professional, caring, and provide wonderful insights to the art. I have enjoyed watching other children grow here and have created strong bonds with the other parents whose children are taught within this excellent school. I look forward to many, many more years watching my daughter grow and work toward her goal of achieving a Black Belt. I have no doubt it will be at PO1 with Sensei Jeremey and Miss J.

Can't say enough about this place. Mrs .J and Sensei Jeremy are amazing. My oldest daughter has come out of her shell.. they have helped her feel more confident. My middle daughter has ADHD and this has helped her to focus and keep her want to continue her training. And my youngest daughter loves coming to meet new friends and learning to be a ninja! I would recommend this place to anyone...

I cannot be happier with Power Of One. They have done so much for our son. He has improved behavior at home and school. And they have so much patience with him as he has a speech delay. Especially now with the pandemic, they have accommodated for my sons sessions and now have our door classes my son missed so much. They are super clean and very aware of the guidelines and follow them thoroughly and accurately. They truly care for all of us as a family and i would and have recommended them! They are very professional. All I have met are very courteous as well as, simply put, a pleasure to do business with. Two of my sons attend classes with Power of one. Shortly after their enrollment, I did start attending classes myself. I am very pleased with the classes we all have received thus far. I decided to ask my Husband to join with me for his first class last week as well. My son has been going here for a year and a half. He loves the instructors there and the friends he has made. The owners are very knowledgeable about how to work with different types of kids and how to motivate them to want to do their best. My daughter has excelled in confidence, determination and physical ability in the past eight months she’s been a part of this dojo. She looks forward to each class even when we went to virtual classes during the pandemic. She has never been one who was interested in sports until she found Karate. We have been bringing our five year old daughter here for a few months now and we love the Senseis! They are very friendly and respectful to all parents and children. They are highly knowledgeable and train the kids well. You will not be disappointed. It's an investment for your child. They even offer training for adults. The positive atmosphere is present every time you walk in. Kids are always engaged and Sensei lessons are motivating. Age appropriate for all ages!

As a mother of a child with some developmental delays I was a little scared of enrolling him in karate. The instructors were very understanding and informative of what they believed the right approach to be. They suggested I start him in private lessons and based on his progress would later integrate him into a group class. He is now in the mighty ninjas class and he's shows amazing progress. His focus has increased dramatically and he has gained confidence in his abilities. I'm so appreciative of the patience they've had with him and for believing in him regardless of his delays

I've always been hesitant to take kickboxing because I'm a shy person and didn't think I'd ever be any good but after coming here Jessica and jeremy have been extremely supportive and encouraging to everyone there. Everyone in the class have also been super nice, it's become like a big family where everyone is positive and welcoming to any new members. I recommend this to anyone interested in kickboxing or learning martial arts especially for kids

My two kids 5 and 7 years old love to go CBA , Sensei Jeremy is very patient with kids and Sensei Jessica is very experienced and strict, both are professional, very friendly, and knowledgeable, they motivate their students to do better at school and at home, they do an extra -curriculum family oriented activities such hiking or parents night out, great environment, karate is great recreation for kids after school also they have adult classes like zumba and self defense. If you're looking to get your black belt in a couple years this is not the place. There are many other places that can meet those needs. BUT if you are looking for passionate instructors & a place to grow in the martial arts this is definitely the place for you. The Senseis have a wealth of knowledge & love for the martial arts and are great with kids & adults!!!

Malia has been attending this Dojo for over 2 years now. We love the family vibe & the patience that is given to each child that participates.
