Was quoted an hour and a half. Waited three hours. Called back twice, no one could give me an ETA. Driver finally calls and said the address doesn't work in his GPS and told me to share my location with him. I sent him the same address I already provided and suddenly he was able to find me. Why would it be okay to turn my location on to a stranger over the phone? The driver asked me why I look nervous when I got in the truck. My car just broke down on the highway and I'm getting into a truck (no license plates at all) with a stranger... That's enough to make anyone nervous I think. He racked up

Before reading this review, check to see if your insurance has roadside assistance. Don't make the same mistake I did and immediately call a tow truck when your insurance can cover it and call a tow for you.
Wish I seen the reviews before I called. My experience is similar with other reviewers on here. Was not informed of how long it would take for the tow truck to arrive. Waited 2 hours before he finally showed up.
Price is higher than other places. One website quoted $65 vs the $134 I paid here. I was impatient and hung up on the first company due to them not picking up right away.

This is THE WORST SERVICE IN MY ENTIRETY!!!! Never use this company! On top of not quoting me correctly by Justin the driver once he was 2 hours late he didn't want to charge my card cause I wasn't there was charging me for mileage that I was told was gonna be free under 10 miles. Buju the driver should have his license cancelled and never to be contracted by ANY TOWING COMING his lack of communication skills. His lack of customer service and HIS LIES! This man here is a cheat! Wants to tell the towing company my car was on 4 flats and did more labor. No sir. I got quotes right. Never

Got a flat tire on a Saturday afternoon at the Home Depot in Keller with my two little boys (9&4). I called to set up the tow, and they told me the driver would call me right away with his location...never happened. Thirty minutes later I called back, they said they would have him call me...never happened. Two hours later I called back, and they said he would DEFINITELY call me. He did call and said he was 25-20 minutes away. After three hours of waiting, he called to say he was at the Home Depot in ROANOKE. I told him forget it and we got a ride home. I would NEVER recommend this company.

Set up through Pep boys, gave very specific vehicle location and instructions. Received text saying service was canceled, so I called. Was told I they couldn't find the car and since I wasn't there the guy implied it was my fault, although they were told I would not be. Very rude, I doubt they even went to the location, a bat could have found it. The slew of other one star reviews confirmed this is not a business you want to associate with. Pep boys was very helpful and scheduled a new one, hopefully they do not continue to use this company.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Horrible company! Rip off! They quoted me between $94-$130 on the phone and said they would charge $60 non refundable fee for the driver to go out there. So I agreed since the highest I would get charged would be $130. Once the driver arrived he told me he would have to charge $280 for the tow!! That is over double what they said the maximum amount would be! This company is a rip off and if you don't want to be scammed DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

There is nothing worse than having a broken Recreational Van and no trust worthy towing agents to trust with your van. However, Fort Worth Towing ensured the safety of the van and everything in it up to the garage where it was repaired and it is back on the road. So much appreciation Fort Worth Towing.

Car stuck in water during flash floods this weekend. I was told they would be there in 15 minutes by dispatch, then driver called after another 15 min to say it would be another 30. By that time I had a friend come help me push it out into dry land. Still got charged $125. No sense of urgency while waters leaking into my car, thanks for nothing
