I love my apartment! Everyone around me are good people. It's quiet. If anything breaks maintenance is quick to fix it. The ladies in the office are amazing and super understanding.
If I had to make a suggestion it would be about the creek on side of complex. Just wish it was cleaner. It's such a beautiful addition to the property.

They have an awesome staffs who goes out there way to hale and make residents experience comfortable. The leasing agent is very informative and patient with many questions that I had. The manager is very welcoming and attentive, both were very strong factors into choosing this community knowing that I will deal with them if i have any problems in the future.

Never dealt with any bullcrap. Parking in the back was almost non existent after 5pm so I wasnt happy with the walk to my door. Met good people here, it's safe, and my kids loved the space to play ball in the field with the park. Lots of cookouts during the summer, the pool was very nice, and overall it was a good experience

An affordable place to live, but not as pet friendly as they say they are.
They're trying to deny my service dogs because they don't have "enough information" from my Dr even though they have federal IDs. Then come to find out that when I offered to pay the pet deposit, my breeds are "restricted".
We were never given a form on what breeds were or were not restricted when we were looking at moving in. So, as a result, I have to look at getting rid of one or both my dogs.
Come end of my lease, I'm gone.
