I would give 0 stars if I could. I lived here once and moved away for about two years. I tried to come back and paid a $25 fee for the application. I called and they said they were sorry the application fell through the cracks. I had already found a rent house so I asked for my $25 back but they never got back to me. I filed a report with proof of payment with the Better Business Bureau and the apartments never responded to them either.
TLDR: They steal your money and will not respond to you or the BBB only a lawyer maybe.

So far I haven't had a great experience and im just on the wait list. I have been on the wait list since may its now August being to maybe September October. I have already given them 400 dollars sorry 460 after a credit check and im not signed on. They can't tell me how low or how high up the wait list I am. The hole proses is frustrating. If I had been told that I'd be waiting 3 months longer then originally told I wouldn't have signed at all.

Lightning is terrible at night. The house numbers are impossible to see if your trying to find someone’s apartment. Whoever thought of that design and color for the building numbers needs to lose their job. If you don’t believe me literally step outside and stand in the parking lot and see if you can read the building number at night .

Please it is not one star but it is zero star, they are just collecting people fee ($30 nonrefundable), those people are not serious at all ,, i made the deposit $250 , 2 weeks after l called them they don't have any room available for me,

I've been living here for almost exactly a year and I honestly don't have many complaints. Maintenance responds to our tickets in a timely manner, I have encountered maybe 3-5 bugs in the year I've been here, the landscaping is constantly kept up during the summer, my neighbors are respectful, and we have a great view of the golf course.
Of course this facility isn't perfect but it's reasonably priced and fits my needs in this chapter of my life. Not to mention we're right off the highway which has helped with my commute ALOT and we're super close to everything in BA and Tulsa.

I have lived here for years and I love it. I'm not sure why all the complaints, all apartment complexes have rules that must be followed. Lindsey Management may have some others that other places don't but I have never had a problem. I would recommend them to anyone of course do your research and see if it best fits your needs but they have always done what they can to help me. They are reasonably priced with great amenities. I plan to live her for many more years.

My favorite apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. Very affordable and very friendly staff. Never had any bug problems, the staff are always on top of spraying and keeping the community clean. It’s in such a great location too, right by the highway and places to eat. I have absolutely no complaints, I loved living there!

If I could give this property a higher rating I would. The new leasing staff, maintenance and apartment itself is amazing. If I ever have an issue, the staff are going out of their way to resolve it. The current leasing staff and company have recently started holding raffles to win money off our rent! The gym is always clean and is the best gym equipment ive ever seen in an apartment complex. I recommend this property to everyone I work with and friends. I am very satisfied with my decision to move in here. I am not planning on going anywhere anytime soon!

I've lived at the Greens for over 5 years now, and it's been a great place for me to live. Any place will have negatives, and I just like to balance those out with the positives.
I've never had any problems with the staff, whether it is front office or maintenance. They have always been prompt and courteous. The apartments are nice, both inside and outside, and the staff does their best to keep it that way. There are issues of people not cleaning up after their dogs, and that is very frustrating, but that is the fault of the people that live here. I've had to deal with noise issues, but that is
