The leasing office is the WORST I’ve ever dealt with. The staff was fully replaced 3 times during our stay, each one terrible.
Had a bed bug issue, the building was not inspected as the least stated would occur and was charged $300 5 months AFTER THE ISSUE.
Upon moving out, you have to turn in keys the EXACT date or you will be fined. We requested an early key turn in but was denied, and the office refused to stay open a few minutes late to make it possible for us to move out, ultimately forcing a fine upon us.
The trash is DISGUSTING. The valet trash service rarely picks up and the porches

My Friend has lived here over 2 years and Finally they have a new competent person in the office name Star- she seems to be getting the property in order!! Finally phones are answered and people’s needs are addressed immediately !! My Friend states and brags that it is such a nice change from what she’s been dealing with at this property. Need More people like this.We need Star at my apartment complex - the Greens of Owasso!

I have lived here over a year now and the trash has always been an issue. They make you pay $25 a month for their valet trash service, which is another company who comes to your doorstep to remove your trash from Sunday evening through Thursday evening. I can count on one hand how many times they have actually removed the trash from our doorstep in the past six months. The trash piles up on the balconies. We have literally had to climb over trash to get to our doorsteps. This attracts rodents. I have seen opossums going through our trash at night and the birds just ravage through and eat whatever
