Nice apartments but living here is very unpleasant. I have been here for more than two months but never got a full nights sleep. I have repeatedly complained to the front desk about the noisy neighbors who either keep me awake or wake me up with loud noises (even at 3 am). However, despite the many complaints, the neighbors continue to keep me awake. I don’t recommend these apartments to anyone who needs to go to work during the day.

This is the place to live in Broken Arrow. We are going on 5 years. Love it!
The staff is the best. Grounds are impeccably kept. Neighbors are friendly. Any mantainence request is promptly attended. Even when under overwhelming stress caused by unexpectedly severe winter conditions, Sasha (the manager) always was amazingly cheerful and kind in her interactions.

I moved in to the Creekside apartments just under a month ago and I have been nothing but impressed! The staff is so kind and welcoming(which I needed after moving across the country), their maintenance is so quick and the overall facility is in great condition! I have loved Creekside so far and I hope others get to enjoy this amazing space as well. 10/10 recommend!

Leasing Agent very friendly and knowledgeable. Property is well maintained may end up becoming a resident there.
UPDATE: My husband and I ended up moving to this beautiful community from California. I must say I really enjoy the scenery here and love the layout of our unit. As previously stated the staff here are friendly and courteous. There were a few hiccups but they were taken care of. We hope to be residents here for awhile.

This place is a life saver. Absolutely the nicest complex in Broken Arrow. The front office ladies were extremely personable, professional and truly cared to get us into our apartment the same day. Their customer service skills were top notch. We are new to Oklahoma and they made us feel like we were right at home from the very beginning. The apartments are absolutely beautiful, from the granite counter tops, to the beautiful scenic view from our windows, the wood floor, brand new carpets, tons of storage space, large bathrooms..etc...I could keep going. Just moved from California to Oklahoma and rented a unit in a different complex sight unseen. When I arrived and seen this other apartment I broke down in complete tears it was AWFUL!
I asked our cable guy who was supposed to install for is at this other complex for recommendation and he told me "creekside is really a great place to live". I called in and they did have a unit available for what I was looking for and invited me in to tour. Let me tell you this community here at creekside is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! The girls in the office were a pleasure to work with, friendly, speedy in

The nicest apartments in Broken Arrow.
We moved from Houston and found it difficult to find an apartment with the same quality and amenities in Oklahoma. After some time in Edmond, we moved to Tulsa and then the Creekside Apartment Homes in Broken Arrow. From the gated access the the 24 hour fitness center, this complex is great. The staff is friendly and helpful and will go out of their way to call you by name and remember your unit number.
When we have had maintenance issues, the staff has been prompt, responding the same day. The complex is generally quiet and you can meet neighbors walking
