With Orange Blossom Home Inspection, LLC services you will receive an unbiased visual home inspection. The home will be assessed from roof to foundation to identify safety issues and describe the current conditions on the property. A 2000 sq ft inspection takes about 2-3 hours onsite. You can anticipate 1-2 hours per additional 1000 square feet.
As a fellow home inspector, I reached out to John for mentoring. John was very responsive and helpful with any question I had for me. With only meeting me over the phone, he is willing to assist me in becoming a better home inspector. It is refreshing to know that John will be available should I come across something I have not experienced before and nice to have a sounding board for anything inspection related.

Team work makes the dream work , and working with John and Amy was definitely a dream come true . I started off as a client and ended up part of the family . It’s so important to be careful nowadays but I truly feel like I was blessed with this lovely couple who came to inspect a potential house. I saved 35k in repairs, Had the MOST thorough report, and John and Amy spent a total of 5 hours at this home... pictures and explanations included & expect to learn about your potential home. I was switching insurance companies and needed a 4-Point Inspection done. Most places I called would only do a 4-point with the purchase of a full inspection. Not only did Orange Blossom offer the 4-Point Inspection alone, they offered it at a great price that couldn't be beat!

I can't recommend them more! John and Amy were incredibly thorough inspecting the historical home we had under contract. They took over 6 hours and provided a 400 + page report, took like 900 photos and videos that included drone and thermal shots. They were really great to work with too keeping us posted along the way. You are in great hands with them.

Wow is all we can say! My husband and I chose to give Orange Blossom a call simply from their amazing reviews on Google. We were immediately greeted, thanked at least 3x in one phone call for contacting them, calling them, and booking with them. Amy's customer service through the phone made a 2nd HUGE impression, we got off the call and I said to my husband "Wow she was so nice, I like them already!" In which he agreed! I am a first time home buyer and used Orange Blossom Home Inspection to do our inspection. John and Amy are great people and very knowledgeable and will to explain and teach you everything you need to know about your future home. We got our report back from them the same night the inspection was done. The report is very detailed and lots of pictures. John and Amy took control of the situation and crawled the house from top to bottom. I could not believe the level of detail they covered.
Short period of time - it was for a 2,500 SF - but they didn't cut corners and spent the better part of an afternoon covering everything. HVAC, roof, foundation, electrical, plumbing, structural, landscaping and general construction conditions.
They put on a clinic for me on how a home should be constructed and how it should not. The presentation

We were told by a personal friend about oarnge blossom home inspectors about how impressed he was with them. Baaed on that, we decided to go with them for our 11 month home inspection and could not be happier. Very professional and personable. Amy and John could not have been any nicer. They were so friendly throughout the whole experience, keeping my wife and I informed of everything they noticed while doing the inspection. Both my son and daughter hired Orange Blossom Inspection Service for their homes. John found major deficiencies in my son's purchase and his inspection allowed my son to withdraw from his contract before this home could cost my son over $15,000 in repairs. John works for the buyer and took time to fully explain negative issues with these homes. I would trust Orange Blossom Inspection Service with any home purchase.
