We base our inspections off of the world's best standards of practice. We follow and exceed the Florida SOP, and we are InterNACHI Certified Professional Home Inspectors. Your Package Includes Testing for: Elevated Mold Levels We will take up to 2 Indoor Air Samples within the general living areas of your home. These samples will be sent to our lab partner for analysis. We will provide this report within 3 business days. Carbon Monoxide This service determines whether your business or home's combustible appliances are releasing harmful levels of carbon monoxide.
Sewer lines being damaged by tree roots is a common problem. Roots, in a constant search for water, will find a pinhole and expand in the sewer line creating a blockage. This will allow debris that typically causes backups such as grease, food or common waste to be trapped. The pipe could also be damaged, offset or collapsed and require excavation of the pipes to fix the problem.

I perform Intensive Inspections on very valuable automobiles in upwards to $2-10M. I hired Grant Inspection Services for a house I just purchased. OMG ... Over the past twenty years we have bought and sold six homes. This latest purchase was in a new city and I happened to get lucky enough to find Grant Inspection Services. Never have I seen such a detailed and thorough report. To say I was impressed with every aspect of their service would be a huge understatement! Had my MH in Water Oak inspected by Mason from Grant Inspection Services. Very prompt. Created a detailed report that included "Information", "Limitations" and "Standards" for each section inspected, with pictures. Very detailed explanations with recommendations for repairs. Thermo imaging was used for water heater, stove, and more. Company was great with communication. Mason was very good with questions and recommendations. Would definitely use Grant Inspections again, very professional. I highly recommend Grant Inspection Services.

Mason was sent out to do my inspection and did an outstanding job! He was very detailed in his work and made sure to cover everything. The team arrived 15 minutes ahead of time. Mason was so professional explaining that they would start outside (ahead of the realtors arrival time) and brought a ladder and got on the roof. They did the outside first and had completed the outside when the realtor arrived 1 hour 10 minutes late.
The inspection report was so thorough and detailed they didn’t miss one thing.
I would highly recommend Grant inspection company without any reservations whatsoever.
