Miriam Peretz returns to Mountain Yoga to share another afternoon of the power and beauty of the Islamic Sufi tradition. Miriam is an internationally-acclaimed performing artist specializing in dance from the Middle East, and creator of Nava Dance, a holistic movement practice inspired by use of circles, spirals and cycles to awaken the highest potential of self.

Learn how to maintain healthy feet and work with troublesome conditions of the foot and ankle for better balance and overall health. Carry the weight of the world on our shoulders?
Are you grieving a changing planet? Do you feel you should do something but are unsure what would make a difference? This yoga of writing workshop will be a safe space to come together and explore the distress many of us are feeling about the climate crisis. With the help of writing prompts, we will find words to express our thoughts and feelings and connect with each other.
