Do not move here!!!!!!!!!!!! The up keep of this place is horrible hallway carpet has been stained for years nobody does anything about it, hallway walls are dirty, people leave their garbage in the hallways from there house for days which makes the building smell horrible and the office does nothing about complaints or concerns all they care about is you making sure your rent is on time. DO NOT MOVE HERE I will be calling the city soon..

Poor management. Dirty hallways. Animal urine in the halls. Stolen mail. Numerous car break ins. No security as most of the doors leading from the outside are broken so ANYONE can walk right in. Terrible place to live. It use to be fine until the current management regime took over. Would not recommend living here to anyone I cared about. I feel sorry for the maintenance guys because they seem to be the only good people employed here.

Beware, I wouldn’t advise living here. Everything is broken, intercom system and front door has been broken for years. The washing machines in the basement are always out of service. I actually saw a raccoon living in the basement. There’s a major mail theft issue here as management doesn’t provide a secure means of receiving packages. Also, as of recent there was no hot water for two weeks!!

The management for this property is so unprofessional and down right disrespectful how u be clapping your hands at tenant while conducting business she really down right ghetto and do not belong in a professional setting like this I will not be renting for the company because of this particular person.

I was a tenant at Brooklane apartments from 2012 to 2016 (apt. 274 ). They must have changed management after i left because the management that was there were the best. Everyone was very kind, helpful and made things very pleasant for me. There was even a time when i was sick and had difficulty paying my rent. The manager took a lot of things off rent to help me while i wasn't working. Otherwise i would have been put out. When i placed a maintenance request, they took care of it quickly. So everything there must have changed dramatically after i left.

My experience living there was terrible, they want you to pay your rent on time but can’t fix the broken things in your house on time. The maintenance all seem to be very flirtatious. They do that more than their job. The pool is forever closed and the workout area is forever broken. Your paying so much for so little. Bad service. Many people has taken them to court for the things that goes on there and how they try to get over on you, instead of fixing the problem. When I stayed there, I have had 2 new sets of new residents in my hallway since I’ve stayed there and I only finished out my lease

I love the apartments there. I always go there to visit a friend and I’m jealous about all the things they have to offer inside the building. My current apartment doesn’t have a pool or indoor workout facility. It has a lot space in the bigger two bedroom and two bathroom apartments. The staff there have been very helpful in regards to getting a new place when my lease is up.
