We stayed here on 5/5/2021, after previously overnighting October 2020. The room was again adequate; however, had been smoked in, and instead of sanitizing the room, the property apparently decided that an entire can of air freshener on the bed would fix the problem. We both woke up with some serious breathing difficulties. I notified the desk of this issue, and she immediately took $30 off the bill for the inconvenience. I didn't even have to ask, so this gesture had impact. Overall, I would give this property another shot. Would stay again? Yes.

I will begin by stating that I've done a lot of work & personal travel over my lifetime, and stayed in lots of hotels/motels/timeshares. Inn America was truly the most sub-par hotel that I have ever experienced.
The check-in experience involved being told that due to COVID, the do not provide mid-stay maid service... so if we need anything (towels, soap, etc), we were advised "find a maid cart mid morning and they can get you what you need". I should have known that they actually meant that you have to walk the 3 floors until you find a maid cart. And the maid carts are really

They say they have "free airport shuttle" yet, these crooks charged nearly $40 to my credit card, without my authorization, which is fraud, when I checked out and asked them to call me their airport shuttle. The airport entrance is literally, 200 yards away! I just noticed the charge and will report it to the district attorney in their county as I'm willing to bet that they have a pattern of such fraud.

We have stayed here before. The rooms are very nice, however Thhousekeeping did not make up the room Second night we stayed. When we asked about it we were told that they would not make up the room because of COVID-19 virus. That would be fine if you were going to charge me less for the room or at the minimum tell me when I checked in. No clean towels no clean sheets And no notice. Staff was apathetic. Gave me some towels and said I can't really do anything. I then said this does not mean a good review and she Shrugged her shoulders and walked away. I think if it's really a C19 issue

I always stay here when coming through Boise in the summers. The rooms are clean, decor is modern, fridge and microwave in the room, no sketchy people in or around the property, and the employees are polite and helpful. I appreciate that it's pet friendly for dogs! They're always welcoming of my two little dachshunds :)

One problem is people think $70 for a room is a "steal"... in Boise, ID, where so many people have jobs paying $7.25-15/hr cuz it's a right to work state and rents have doubled or tripled in the last 5 years cuz Californians will pay that.
Anyway... My friend was a paying customer. She and her son caused no problems. But apparently the flying monkeys of the frenemy lied or something because she gets out of the hospital from major surgery and they accuse her of being on drugs.
Ummm yeah the pain medicine after SURGERY which she only took when absolutely necessary.

Great hotel at a great price! $70 for the night (tax inclusive) for a modern clean hotel right off the freeway next to the airport, close to restaurants, gas and other needs. Comfortable and quiet with good wifi, linens and a fridge. The breakfast could be better but this is a steal. When I pass through Boise again, I will stay here without question.

Morning staff not very pleasant.. my daughter spilled syrup on herself and needed a bath at 11 am ...i called down to the desk to ask for a 1 o'clock check out and the front desk said " i said 12 was check out period "... i was speechless and hung up the phone .
There is no microwaves in my or my dads room. Which made late night hunger complex instead of comfortable. Soda bottles are 2$ and cans are a 1$. I know that seems petty to mention however the hotel seems to only think about making money and not the comfort of the guests.

The room was very clean, beds are good. Mini frig is actually large. I requested a third floor room away from the freeway. My request was honored and there is no freeway noise. Service staff are friendly. No airplane noise.
I was concerned that being located near the airport meant that I would be away from Boise activities and restaurants. I did not need to worry. Downtown is only about 4 miles from the hotel.
I'm plan on staying here the next time.

This was a nice little hotel. Staff is friendly, and rooms are clean. It's moderately priced and close to the airport.
They offer continental breakfast that was good. There's a waffle maker so you can make your waffles.
I would say the one downside that I wasn't particularly happy with is that there was a promise of a pool, but when we got dressed to head on out there - we were told that it would not be open till after Memorial Day. It was over 80 degrees! They should really open sooner or advertise that it's not open till then. That was a major bummer because we were all

I decided to book the Inn America property here in Boise for a one night stay, just because it was one of the cheaper ones in Boise, besides Motel 6.
I don't think I've been with Inn America before elsewhere, so it was a nice treat to stay here on a budget. I stayed here on a recent Friday night in October 2017. I received room 220 and a king bed. To be honest though, this was a nice enough place and crash in and the value was unprecedented. Inn America can be compared to a Super 8 or a Days Inn. They're all good brands and deliver quality and a good night's rest for anyone
