Stayed in the grand terrace suite. Very nice elegant room. Though it's important to note the shower in this room is very high up from the ground. Made it difficult to get in/out of the shower. During my morning shower, the water went cold for a few minutes and I had to keep turning it up. However due to the fact that this room was so nice, the terrace access was so convenient, I would like to give it four stars.

Everyone was friendly. I used valet for ease of parking in the city. I showed up with my ranch rig..newer but dirty, she was muddy from the dirt roads. That was the fastest they moved a vehicle out of the valet area. Kinda funny but at the same time it's lame that they just want the G wagons and Porsche types out front. Trying to sell that look as to whom belongs there.

Stayed at hotel to attend a hockey game. It was so nice to be able to stay inside and not have to travel and find parking. Room was clean and the staff was amazing. Thank you, we will be back again!

Came to company suite for hockey game, love it, just watch the food and drink service, we ended up paying for another parties drinks even after we told the server it was wrong. She ended up having us pay half the suite order which was way more then we had. We will no longer order upstairs and will go to the floor for food and drinks.

I had a great experience at this hotel. We went to an Idaho Steelheads game. I can't tell you how nice it was not to fight the traffic after the game. Room was clean. Nice shower with toiletries. Bed was very comfortable.

Our stay was wonderful from the moment we pulled up to the valet and we’re greeted by a very nice young man. The front desk was more than helpful and very pleasant. They made sure we were taken care of the entire stay. The bar staff was friendly and quick to serve us. Room service from Trillium was amazing and the food was beyond our expectations! The valet staff was under a lot of pressure at checkout with the overwhelming amount of guests yet hustled were extremely prompt to ensure we got our vehicle as soon as we could. Thank you to the entire staff and hope you all have a great 2022!

I have had the pleasure of staying here multiple times for staycations. It's close enough to everything downtown and well run. The service has always been wonderful, the rooms clean and comfortable and amazing views of the city.

Another draw to this hotel is the proximity to watch Steelheads ice hockey. You can go downstairs and walk directly into the arena.

If you're looking for a quiet, clean hotel with enough local attractions look no further. I will be planning another visit soon.

It was my first time at the infamous JR SIMPLOT HOTEL (THE GROVE HOTEL). I thought the rooms should have been more luxurious than they were. THE RED LION AIRPORT HOTEL, off Broadway, has better room appointments for a third of the price at THE GROVE HOTEL.

I stayed here for business. I had to be to work early and left in a hurry. My headphones were left on the charger. I noticed the same day as I was heading to the airport. I called then and 4 more times since to try and get my belongings returned. I have given my name and number and been told someone would call me tomorrow. I have never gotten a return call from this place and now assume my belongs are long gone. I stayed Sept 15 and lost my beats headphones.

I just stayed at The Grove for 6 days and nights to attend Treefort Music Festival. From making my reservation with Gina, to checking in with Chris, I felt well cared for. I ordered food up from Trillium at least a dozen times and get a least a dozen good meals. Only once I did receive lukewarm coffee. I called room service and they brought us two fresh hot pots with apology, speed, and grace. My suite 1232 was clean, well laid out, and functional. The king bed was super comfortable. The gym is one the best equipped hotel gyms I've ever seen. Although I singed up for an airport shuttle, a

Had a great time at the Grove Hotel - Boise. The staff were very friendly and very accommodating. Will stay there again when I go back to Boise. Shout out to the bartender (guy with long hair) can’t remember his name. Made a great dinner recommendation (The Fork) and it’s spot on.

It’s 2:45am and we had to call the front desk 3 times and personally go down there to have security come up to 2 rooms to tell grown adults to stop screaming at the top of their lungs, drunk people nonetheless… over some girls fiancé dancing with her sister in law. Can’t make this up. They came to the room screaming at one another at 1:30am the night before. Word of advice, don’t stay here if you would like a nice peaceful night away, the front desk was no help unfortunately! So disappointed in our stay! I have many videos recorded from our room that you can hear

We recently stayed at The Grove and everything about this hotel is absolutely beautiful. It exudes luxury and sophistication while also keeping a very fun and relaxing atmosphere. We were so impressed with our… bartender in the lobby - Haley - she was easily the best bartender we’ve ever had and we actually decided to keep ordering our drinks at the hotel rather than going out because she made the experience so enjoyable.

I had the pleasure of staying at this property twelve times in 2020 for business travel. The hotel is lovely, in the heart of downtown with restaurants walkable in every direction. Besides the great bar, restaurant, fire pits on the 4th floor deck, fitness center and indoor pool and jacuzzi - they have free bike rentals! That is what got me hooked. After work each day I would change clothes and borrow a bike to ride along the beautiful greenbelt. This was truly my happy place! I also like to ride through the Hyde Park neighborhood and catch a hike up to Camel's Back Park where there

Very nice stay from start to finish. the pricing was fair (we booked through booking.com) the room was spacious and clean, the view was beautiful, the water was hot. what's not to love? I would say the coffee situation was bad. I couldn't have a cup in the room, but that isn't worth complaining about.

we loved the bed- it was firm but not overly so. lots of pillows. the tv was a good size and had all our channels. the elevator was fast, and the valet was prompt and kind.

there's a reason that the grove is considered one of the top hotels in boise- it's exactly the service

The Grove Hotel located on the pedestrian hub of downtown where there are dozens of restaurants to choose from with in 3 block radius or you can dine in in Trillium (located inside the Grove Hotel). They have reasonable rates in an excellent area of Boise.
I was very impressed by the level of friendly engagement from the hotel staff. Employees at front desk, lobby bar, Trillium restaurant and fitness areas were outgoing and helpful and fun!

For how highly everyone spoke about this hotel, I'm extremely underwhelmed. From the second o arrived, I was rudely greeted by the valet Austin. I mentioned this to the manager and she said that she's had to speak to him about this before and she apologized. Not sure why you'd keep an employee who has to be constantly reminded not to talk down to guests. ‍

Later, I'm in my room with my balcony door open, and all of a sudden, my room smells like cigarette smoke. Someone on a patio nearby was smoking and that area is "non smoking." Although, in that persons defense
