Perfect!! This hotel is clean and is in a great location. You are minutes away from the train station, a brief stroll away from most attractions. There are several fabulous restaurants in the area as well as quaint stores at every turn! We absolutely loved our 5 day stay at this hotel!! The staff is very helpful as well!

I would love to have given this place more stars. For a boutique hotel the bathroom and room were nice.

The problem was the staff. The reception is not 24/7 so you have to make an appointment to check in.

They had no way for us to print our airline tickets or bus tickets.

The hotel stated to me on several emails that it would help with Vatican visits, and tourist information. Upon arrival, I asked for this help, and was given the brochure for one of those open air busses. NOT COOL.

They advertised free pizza upon check in. That was a lie, the only free pizza was at a restaurant next door
