If the owner is unavailable to be present, he/she may allow another person to pick up their vehicle for them. To do so, we need 1, 2, and 3 above PLUS a written authorization signed by the owner naming the person allowed to pick up the vehicle.

My truck was stolen from here. They are trying to say the original owner picked it up. Being that we just bought the vehicle it was in process of being registered into our name. my husband getting pulled over and arrested in the truck. Still sitting in jail they say the original owner picked it up because they sent a letter to the person whom we purchased it from. Im going to need to get a lawyer involved to get my vehicle that I just purchased. So if I could do this and not have to give 1 star I would

Spoke to on phone and went in person, at no point was it mentioned that I was being charged $15 a day for storage. After waiting 2 weeks for a police report, I am now being charged $500+. Shady, fraudulent business practices. Also, good luck getting through on phone without just being put on hold.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Have had issues with one of their tow truck drivers parking in the front of our house for months in a residentially zoned neighborhood in the NE heights. After my husband asked nicely to stop parking it, he continues to leave his tow truck there, blocking the street for our children to safely play in their own front yard. Inconsiderate and trashy. All the neighbors on the street have had enough of the tow truck and it doesn’t seem to matter to the owner of New Mexico towing. My husband is an old lobo and professional basketball player And us a huge following

We had to deal with this business yesterday and were both completely treated unfairly, and the Safelite Auto Glass people were also treated poorly. Firstly, if you are a business owner, or city or state official that is looking to have New Mexico Towing as your annual towing provider to clean up the city parking lots or streets of cars, please read this entire review first, coming from a business owner that owns multiple global businesses. While driving our vehicle two nights before, we had a guy jump on the front of the car, smash through the windshield while driving downtown after midnight, and

We have lived down the street in a residential neighborhood for many years from where New Mexico Towing has parked their flatbed tow-truck during off hours for months. Many of the neighbors have privately complained and ask why a commercial business can park their over sized flat bed tow truck in a residential neighborhood. This is disgusting and New Mexico Towing does not appear to be a good community citizen. I agree with the earlier post that children are potentially at risk if they ride their bikes on the street.
